Skyway Car Service

Honestly this is definitely a good car service. I use it religiously because the drivers are nice and prices are so affordable.

Maybe I was just lucky, but I had no issue with these guys. I called the evening prior, for a 5:15am pickup. They read back the address and time, and confirmed that I could be reach at the number I was calling from.
At 5:00am, I received a call to confirm readiness, and that the driver should be arriving within 10 minutes (and he was).
The driver was friendly and helped put my bag in the car. We had a nice chat during the ride and he helped with getting my bag to the curbside at the airport.
Will use them again.

I ordered a car a night before. The car pulled in about 5 minutes before the expected time. On my way to the airport I realize I forgot my car keys. I asked if the driver can drive me back to pick up my keys it was a few blacks a way from where she picked me up. I was very thankful to her for doing me a favor. On the way to the Airoport she was getting calls i assume from her private customers and she said she will be there at the address in 15 min. When she finally drove me to the terminal she says double the price then the base quoted me at night. I wish she would of told me that at the time she made a u turn. That’s a total rip off. The car was Toyota Camry creamy color. When I called this car service I though I was calling car service located at fresh meadow lane. if I could I would give this car service 0 stars.

Skyway in Flushing/​Fresh Meadows is GREAT!
This review was for the Skyway on Springfield Blvd Skyway. Skyway has changed… For the worse. The drivers are very nice BUT the cars have a foul odor, the prices to the same location are never the same, and the male dispatcher is beyond rude. The cars repeatedly arrive at an old location associated with a phone number that I call from and I’ve repeatedly had to run down the block to wave down the cars. In the last 2 years I have referred multiple friends to Skyway… Every friend complained. The cars took more than 30 minutes to arrive at the airport, the driver overcharged, and they felt that the overall experience was poor. I will now be looking for another go-​to car service.

While this used to be a good car service, they refused to transport my disabled husband with his travel scooter. The scooter easily breaks into four pieces, and fits in any car trunk. They will not be getting our business anymore.

Great experience. Used them to get from a residence in Queens to JFK. Our driver was there promptly — 7 mins ahead of schedule actually — and the car was clean and ride was fast.

The service is bad. Driver, A, lied customer to make more money. I took the taxi by Skyway. we made a deal, $ 11 for taking us home, but when he stopped at my home, he wanted me to pay $ 15 for this deal. In addition, he said the reason is that $ 4 was the fee for two more stops during this driving. the baddest thing is that he yelled me «idiot» and «Chinese should go back China». How bad company!
