When I knew I was ready to pop the question to my girlfriend in 2009, I went to several jewelry stores in the Fresno and Clovis market. i walked into 5th Ave., and Rob Hancer (the owner) made the expierence unforgettable. My wife and I were very happy with his expierence in jewelry, customer service, and of course the quality of the ring. He was not at all pushy, and was very honest. He will help you find what your girlfriend/​wife is looking for. You can not find that any where in a Jewelry store except 5th Ave. Jewelers. The best thing from a guys perspective, you will love his pricing! I have recoomended several friends, and ALL of them have thanked me for sending them to Rob, the owner. I HIGHLY recommend you to visit the store. You will not regret it!

The first time I went in I needed a watch band sized. The owner Rob Hancer took my watch and in a couple of minutes came back and didn’t charge me anything. I have been a loyal customer since. He always gives me good prices and never hesitates to help with selections.
I have become good friends with him and it was only because of his good service and attention to detail. His prices are as good if not better then any of the Jewelers that claim to be discount Jewelers.
It’s best to call ahead he keeps the door locked and you need to ring the bell to get in.
He’s great if you forget a special date and need something in a hurry.
