I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are all on point. There have been a couple times where the employee didn’t know I was getting a refill, but it worked out in the end. So, a soda refill 52 oz and under is $ 1.09 out the door. This includes the Double Gulp on down and the equivalent at AmPm. The 7-eleven app allows you to get every seventh cup free, which includes refills. It also includes coffee, chillers and slurpees. There are also other specials in the app that come and go like buy one snickers ice cream get one free. All you need to do is open the app and scan the barcode and you’re good to go. If you want to use an in app coupon you may need to let them know so they can hit a certain button when completing your purchase. Pam has been working here for years now and she’s super helpful with all of the deals they have going on. She’s always let you know that with physical coupons you can get another drink or chips or whatever for cheaper. She’s one of the best things about this store. Overall, using the store app and getting refills places can be tricky. Some employees or owners are not knowledgable about them or are bothered by you doing it even though it’s part of their business. I’ve never had that problem here. The trick to having no issues is to hold your cup up to the employee as you walk through the front door saying you are getting a refill, but also helpful just to bring in a AmPm cup, which 7-eleven lids fit perfectly.

I absolutely love all the girls that work here! So sweet! My son goes here after school all the time and even he has come home talking about how nice they all are(which is VERY out of the ordinary for him!). I even drive out of my way, and past 2 other 7⁄11 stores just to go to this one. Great customer service!!!

Poor selection and they still use the old school coffee pots that sit around for hours. Also a woman who was not in a uniform so I’m guessing must be the owner was rather rude. She asked for my ID when I was purchasing a pack of cigarettes which I completely understand so she checks it hands it back then as my husband walks up with his purchases she asks for his ID as well. She has already seen I’m 24 and my husband doesn’t even smoke and is older than me with a full beard. He hadn’t brought his ID since I was the one driving so I left without my cigarettes. Will not return. They other guy that worked there was at least nice and knowledgable
