Beware! Beware!!! These people are crooks! They will wait 3 weeks before they give you an estimate on your repair or maintenance and say it’s ready when you didn’t even authorize the repair at the quoted price because they never call to quote you in the first place. Then they will steal your vacuum the moment your vacuum has been in their shop for repairs for 30 days. They will sell it to someone else. It doesn’t matter if you call and tell them you are out of town for therapy because you had a stroke. This is what they did to me. How any business could choose to do this to someone who’s had a stroke is beyond me. Karma always comes back around. Do not take your business to these people. They will rip you off in one way or another!

My one year old son was diagnosed 6 months ago with a bone marrow failure disorder. He will be having a bone marrow transplant next month. Because we have only had 6 months to digest this information, new lifestyle, prepare to relocate for the transplant, etc… I have connected with some other moms that have gone through transplant with their children. One especially helpful mom told me that I need to get air purifiers for our home and for the transitional housing that we will be in after we are released from the hospital. She said this is the single most important thing that we can do to prevent infections for our son whose immune system will be extremely weak. Because we had such little time, I just asked her which one she chose (knowing that she had done extensive research). She said… you need the Guardian Air. Period. Just get it. So, I called Aerus Electrolux and told them the situation and that I just needed to order the purifiers ASAP. Jennifer was the employee that I spoke with. She immediately too interest and told me to hold tight… that she would call me right back with all the information I needed. It was so unexpected to find a stranger so caring and willing to help. She pulled everything together and made all the right contacts. She set our units aside and spoke with her boss about doing everything they could to make this purchase easy for us. They were amazing, helpful, caring, and VERY genuine. In this whirlwind of an experience, I’ve encountered so many people who make things more difficult for me. I was so surprised to find such wonderful people in such an unexpected place. I will never forget the help that they gave us and how they truly cared about our family. Many many thanks!
