Omg… just received another call for more money from this place. Every time i pay the total off they wait a month or two and come at me with a new balance owed. This place is outrageously priced (from what other dentist have told me).and only concern for them is when can you pay them. Im going to BBB this time because ive paid this total off twice already and im not doing it again.

Worse service ever. Got a crown and root canal and a year and a half later got it extracted because it wasn’t sealed correctly so the root canal got infected with puss. My current dentist had to perform an emergency extraction. The pain was so unbearable. I also have a crown on another tooth. The tooth was also used by cheap materials to seal it and now has become painful to eat. The crown is town years old. He performed a very poor job on both my tooth and I have to pay someone else to fix it. I will be filing an appeal, and a complaint to refund the bad crown they performed. I called them and they were absolutely so rude and not understanding when I told them what I wanted. I do not live in Fresno any more so it would take me getting off work, driving 2.5 hrs for them to do X-​rays and possibly not fix it and still say its my fault for not doing a follow check up. Hello idiots I did one last year and the beginning of this year with my current dentist and they found everything you missed and everything you did a poor job of on my teeth. I will never go back and I don’t recommend any one. He did a great job on my braces, surprisingly. I thought it was odd not seeing the same people there. There was always someone new working there. Maybe they found out how shady he was and no longer wanted to work for him.

friendly doctor, but i was really surprised by the work they did. i went in for an initial appointment and teeth cleaning. all i got was xrays, a very superficial exam, and a quick polish. ive been to probably 7 – 8 dentists in my life and ive never experienced this before. they didnt clean my teeth, measure my gums, floss, or give me a mouth rinse. when i brought this up, they said «your teeth are clean, so you don’t need that.» this is definitely not industry practice and i filed a complaint with blue shield dental. i got almost no health benefit whatsoever by going to this appointment.

Really fast. Although can be a bit painful. That’s what I get for not going to the dentist in ten years. Staff is really friendly.
