When Anna’s says that they are 75% off of Department Store prices, that is very misleading. I have been to a lot of department stores and bought linens. Anna’s is cheap, very cheap, but I have found that even Walmart has much better and higher quality than Anna’s seriously cheap crap. I bought what looked to be a nice comforter set and believe it or not, the dust ruffle FELLAPART after 3 months! Fell apart! I am not kidding when I say it is made out of paper or something. The comforter itself is way too thin, even for California weather. The designs are cute, they really are but unless this is going in a guest room that no one ever uses, do not expect it to last.

Rating 1 star is being too nice. This place deserves a negative & no star! THEINCIDENT: The first time I went in, there was nothing but bad customer service. At check out, the cashier was extremely rude. Once she started being rude, I just bought my stuff and went on my way without speaking to anyone or even to her. After a week, I decided that for the amount of money $$$ I spent, it was not worth the bad service. I went another day to return it and the rude cashier was there but she was fixing stuff. When the cashier asked why I was returning, I said in a low voice that it was because I received bad customer service. She said from who and I whispered that it was the lady over there. She called the lady to come over and she told her my reason for returning right in front of me. The rude cashier from the previous visit was now in my face. I did not know what to expect. She came straight to my face & yelled, «I was not rude to you!» I calmly said, «Maybe you do not remember me because it was a week ago.» She insisted that she remembered me. She kept arguing with me and insisted that she was still right. To not start an argument, I was not even speaking to her anymore as she kept yelling from the front of the store windows and going on and on. She even USEDPROFANITY, and called me a Bi — — h in front of other customers… and later, I found out she was the SUPERVISOR! I could not believe it! WOW, and they call this a business… normally, even if it’s just a misunderstanding the workers just apologize and try not to start a confrontation in front of other customers, especially since she was the supervisor. I work retail and I know how it is, so I always try my best to understand the workers. But this went too far. I called the hotline on the receipt and told them I would like to speak or write to someone in corporate about this inappropriate behavior and I never got anything back. If the workers are allowed to act this way, then this is definitely how the company is ran. This is why I decided to write a review. It’s been almost a year and still, I haven’t received anything. Not even an apology letter. I would rate this store and EVERY Anna’s Linen a negative if it was possible. I’ve been to all of them, hoping one of them had better customer service and every time it was a disappointment.
