AT&T Authorized Retailer

Came in here for a quick upgrade for my sons phone after having lunch at La Enchiladas and ran into an old customer service representative from another AT&T store that I usually frequent on Cedar and Shepherd, Abe! They just promoted him to assistant manager! Awesome for him, this company, and this establishment! This branch is so lucky to have someone like Abe on their team. He is detail oriented, personable and goes above and beyond to help you with all your AT&T services. This store is really big, lots of traffic coming and going, lots of people were coming in to pay their bills, heavy volume store. There were lots of customer service reps too though, not one customer waited longer than 5 minutes. Even saw one older Hispanic lady get a dap from a rep as he greeted her! How cool was that!?! Keep up the good work guys!

Another local business that doesn’t get it and traded $ 20 for me and everyone I know to never to do business with them. The fact that this is an «Authorized Reseller» store makes this tail even worse since the owner maybe local and could take care of their customers better than corporate ATT.
For Christmas I purchased a couple of used iPhones on eBay for my sons. I needed a couple of nano SIM cards to activate them Christmas morning so I went to this store since it is the closest to my home. Like is typical with any ATT store I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped and when I asked about getting the SIM cards they said they were $ 10 each unless I purchased something, in which case I would get 1 SIM free for every $ 10 I spent. I purchased $ 20 worth of products got my 2 SIMs and left.
Fast forward a couple days, the phones are delivered and surprisingly the sellers included 2 new SIM cards with them. Also, come to find out that you can get SIM cards free from many places that sell ATT phones like Apple and other ATT stores and kiosks, Target, Walmart, etc, why? because ATT gives them the SIM cards free, who would have thought you would have to pay for a SIM that cost virtually nothing and actually drives additional revenue for months and years to come!
I go back to this store well within the 30 days and attempt to return the unused product I purchased and the SIM cards only to find out that the SIM cards are non-​returnable, and if I returned the product I wouldn’t get a refund because the SIM cards would then cost $ 10 each and are non-​returnable!!! I politely asked all three gentlemen at the counter who I needed to talk to about this and they smugly said no one and there was nothing any of them could do. (how do people like this find and keep jobs!!!)
Lesson learned, I should have read other Unilocal reviews prior to going here and saved myself $ 20 and a whole lot of irritation.

Brought my ipad in to attempt to get my SIM card fixed since it became unusable somehow. They tried to charge me 10 dollars to give me a new one and mentioned they were an authorized retailer in a very rude way. They suggested I went down the street to a corporate owned one if I wanted it for free.

I took my modem in to have it checked. I had to wait about 5 min, which is not too bad. The lady that helped was was very nice. She checked my modem, found the problem quickly. It was only the power cord ($ 10). I dont have cell service through them so she tried to get me to convert, but I dont like thier restrictions, so i left with what i needed. OK place by me.

There is limited parking right in front, but around the corner there is plenty more parking. They have two kiosks to pay bills. (I always use them cuz they credit immediately) Customer service is friendly as usual.

I went in to pay my bill with cash since I was waiting for my debit card replacement from my bank. The greeter was really nice as soon as we walked in. They had two kiosks stations to bill pay. The only thing I recommend this location to do is possibly expand the parking lot.

Just wanted to get a case for my Inspire. Yea they had one left.
They were very helpful and friendly. Great for a Corp store.
Clean and not a zoo.
The greeter even asked one of the other people that was waiting for an upgrade to see if i could sneak thru since i just wanted to get a case.
