Audubon Court Apartments in Fresno has been a great place to call home. It’s safe (gated plus a great neighborhood), really clean, quiet, and a great value. What more can one want in an apartment complex?
My unit has vaulted ceilings which makes it feel very spacious, a garage big enough to fit my full size truck, and a washer/​dryer in the unit! Plus every neighbor I’ve met has been great too.

Lived here for years and LOVED IT! Best apartments in Fresno and by far the most value for your money. Definitely appreciated the luxury without having to pay twice as much per month for fewer amenities like the more expensive (1500-​200 range) apartments in North Fresno.

Two years ago I came here looking for an apartment to rent. I was looking for a 2 bedroom, washer/​dryer, and garage for myself. (Single at the time) The lady in the office took me to a 1 bedroom and gave me the details of the apartment. We then came back to the office and she gave me an application, I was very hopeful and excited about the place until she said to me, as an insult, «two apartment complex a way are cheaper if you can’t afford to live here.» A bit shocked due to the fact that she prejudged me yet has no idea what I do for a living, I left with a sour taste in my mouth.
A few months ago, a co worker of mine went to this terrible place and the lady in front said to her, «there are a lot of doctors and lawyers that live here» same thing, prejudging her like they’ve judged me. Her and I make a very hefty paycheck and carry a nice college degree. We both come from different backgrounds, are different ethnicity, yet we were both insulted by the staff of this complex.
«EQUAL OPPORTUNITY HOUSING» don’t bother wasting your time here. Unless you’re a doctor or a lawyer, you’ll get royalty treatment. If not, try the apartment complex down the street. I’m sure the girls there will tell you the same bullshit they’ve told myself and my co worker.

If you are a fan of roaches, gardeners blowing crap into your patio and refusing to clean it constantly and the management lying to you, then these are the apartments for you!

I love it here. Great location. The staff is very nice and helpful.
