Worst customer service here! I just walked in to buy a birthday cAke and the lady seemed suspicious of me. She asked me if I was doing good and I said yeah, then she asked what flavor I was looking for. I was like, give me a minute or two to look around! Sheesh. She was standing so close to me, it’s like give your customers some space! I ended getting the strawberry ice cream with white cake for $ 29.99. Let’s just say I won’t be returning to this location! Save yourself some time and go to the one on shields and west instead. Or better yet, cold stones!

We went to Baskin-​Robbins for dessert. I hadn’t been there in a while and I needed a nostalgia trip. They have ice cream, shakes, smoothies and the likes. The place was clean. The one person who was working there did look a bit bored. I felt for him.
There are alot of interesting and wacky flavor combinations which were amusing to me. I tried the sample of the Lunar Cheesecake and Ice-​Daquri. All I can say was that they were very interesting.
I got the kids size cheesecake with hot fudge and whipped cream and the eggnog ice cream. I tasted the gram-​crackers but not the cheesecake flavoring. The eggnog was not my cup of tea. At all.
It was a bit pricey. For a kids size cup it was almost $ 3.00.

Wife and I went in and couldn’t decide on a flavor, asked to have a sample and she started helping the people behind us, and pushed us to the back of the line. We left and got a gallon of Ice Cream from Wallgreens for half the price! Will never return.

I came in here with a few friends around 6:30. We were waiting around and no one was around or to be seen. Finally, we asked the lady for some help when she was found. She rudely said hold on. She then made us wait FIVE MINUTES for her to finish whatever she was doing. She was so uninterested and not only that, this is the second time I’ve came here and seen her rude bad attitude. Definitely not coming back.

This location has very friendly and good customer service. All locations of this chain, basically, has the same flavors, but certain locations do carry stale tasting flavors. The flavors that I had at this location were not in such a state.

Small place. Fast service. Employees were busy talking while we had to sit at a table that looked like somebody had a scat festival at.

Very good but not worth the price. I ordered a medium pumpkin milkshake and it was $ 5.99! Unfortunately, I had already ordered when I was given the total as it wasn’t on the board anywhere. Honestly, I don’t like to raise a «stink» anywhere, but man… If I would have known it would be that much $ for some ice cream blended with milk and ice, I’d have saved my cash! This is not a «specialty» shop; it’s just an ice cream chain. Should have gone to Fosters Freeze instead. Could have paid almost half the price for the same thing! And I thought Starbucks’ drinks were expensive…

I like the multiple flavors but its very rich and its pretty expensive when you have kids with you.

Choose your employees very carefully. They can make or break your business. Totally turned off of this location after the last experience a couple of months ago. One employee was present. She was doing something in the freezer when we walked in. Did not look at us or greet us. Was sullen the whole time she «served» us. Some people should not work the public if they appear to not be able to stand them.
