My appointment was at 3:45pm and it is now 5:19pm. I got here at 3:36pm. This place is filthy with now regard for HIPAA standards. This place is a joke.

I was very pleased at the services me and my family received at this clinic. I went in and was seen almost immediately. I went in for a check up because high blood pressure runs in my family, Dr. B and his stuff were very thorough with the check up explaining why each test was being done and what they were checking for. After my results came back the Dr. had prescribed me a medication to lower my bp. This was a great experience for me because I wasn’t treated like just another patient the doctor really cared

My 5 month old son had a severe case of eczema on his face so we decided to go to Dr. Bautista about a month ago. The entire experience was great. He was very compassionate and informative when explaining the issues involving my baby.
After 2 days my sons face was 100% clear! The best part of the experience was that Dr. Bautista personally called me a few days after my appointment to check up on my son and make sure the prescription was working. That’s not the kind of service I was used to when I had Kaiser!
