Purchased women’s work out shoes from ‘women’s hot price shoes rack’ at the regular price. Reason per store manager Greg– box was damaged. Ridiculous.

Just bite the bullet of tad bit higher prices and go to sports authority or dicks. It’s dirty and small and it just gives off a negative vibe.

I have to say i’ve been here a few times with mixed experiences but this last time was the worst. young immature girls have no social skills and should stay folding clothes at the mall. I hope if you come here you dont have any interactions with the girl called moon. very rude and immature

Poor customer service. Only gave it two stars because the item I was looking for was on sale.

What a pleasant visit i had at Big 5. Dave the manager, went out of his way to help me. They didn’t have the right size shoe i was looking for, so he called other stores to locate said shoes. Then offered to pick them up for me on his way to work the following day. Wow!!! Talk about customer service. What a great store! They have a very large selection of shoes to choose from, with great prices! I will be returning soon… Thanks Dave!!!

I have to be very hard up for something to buy it here. For starters the place is cluttered and trashy looking. Further, no one knows anything about the products! Third, everything is miss-​priced and in the wrong spot so when a box is sitting under a sign that say 20 dollar and when you get to the counter it’s 50 it’s really annoying but not nearly as annoying as the lethargic cashier that said I needed to compare the sku numbers. I responded with… You want me to move all of the boxes and get on my hands and knees to read a microscopic number? The cashier replied… Yes, unless you want to do this all the time referring to the price check. I told the cashier to go ahead and restock the item since I had literally already waited in line for 20 minutes while two other cashiers chatted it up and that it would be a cold day in hell when I got on my hands and knees in their dirty floor to double check their work, I told the cashier that was the lamest customer service I have ever seen. The cashier said, ok… Have a terrific day. It dripped of sarcasm. Will not return to this store EVER!

I’ve never been impressed with this place. The run ads constantly offering good prices on shoes, hats etc.
Twice I have went there seeking an item I found in their sales ad. I have never been able to find the items they advertise for such great prices. I have given up going here, because they really don’t have that great of deals.
I can find better quality, lower priced shoes and hats elsewhere.
