Big 5 Sporting Goods

Thought i was going to save some time by going here because it was around the corner, poor customer service, wouldnt sell me a fishing license, i asked the chasier to try but she insisted it she couldnt sell one to me, went to walmart and bought it without a problem, last time i am coming to this store.

Asked associate, Shane, for help with the Airsoft guns and he went to the counter right away. He answered my questions thoroughly and with sufficient knowledge of the products we were about to purchase. After we made our choices on the way to the cashier another associate said hello. When we got to the register, Shane thanked us and gave us a proper «have a nice day». Our cashier asked if we found everything we needed. On my way out the door two more associates were on their way in with dollies that had boxes on them. I held the door open and they both smiled and thanked me. This experience of customer service was great and they had plenty selection, sometimes I believe it’s the customer and not necessarily the employees with the issues. I personally would definitely visit this store again.

Poor customer service ever !! Two mexican girls this Sunday noon were so rude ! Didn’t want to do a scene at the store but they need customer service training! Manager probably does is as well! I’ll drive the extra miles next time to the Blackstone one but there they have better customer service!!!
Hispanics you may not want t to go to this one!!!
