Black Market Supplement And Nutrition

Signs says they’re open at 9 am and I’m here at 11 am and the store is still closed. This is not the first time this has happened.

Went to this place about 30 minutes ago (03/​19/​2014 @12:30pm) because I ran out of pre-​workout supplements, and also to see what this place had to offer compared to Valley Fitness Nutrition, Nutrishop, Vitamin Shoppe, etc… Anyway, I walked though the door and the first thing I noticed was the lack of variety in products. I think a hardcore body builder has more supplies in his inventory than Black Market Supplement and Nutrition does. However, the one thing that made me turn right around and walk out was the fact that 2 workers sitting behind the counter didn’t even bother to greet me or acknowledge by presence. They didn’t even bother to see if I needed help finding anything.
I highly doubt this place will remain in business if they continue with this type of customer service. I guess I’ll never know because this was, and will be the first and last time I visit this place. I’ll just drive across town to other supplement shops where the staff values their customers. Word of advice to Black Market, «It is the customers who keep stores in business.»
