Wow.
That wasn’t close to the conversation. I paid $ 34, the only true fact. I was told the 2^nd half of the bill was $ 41… that was what prompted the call, was the outstanding balance I was billed.
Never was there an offer or apology or reduced amount. I stated my disappointment, the person on the phone told me I needn’t fret the «balance owing».
I have to be honest, please don’t assert I am not.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Bright Laundry Service! We have been using the delivery service for the past few years. Prior to this, I would regularly have those «OH NO!!!» moments on Sunday nights when I would remember I had failed to pick up our cleaning on the previous Friday afternoon. Monday mornings were not off to a good start back in those days. With Bright I know we will always have beautifully cleaned and pressed dress shirts, slacks, skirts, and dresses every day of the week. The best part is that I am not glued to an ironing board or madly racing to the cleaners for pick up before they close. They also do a great job with removing tough stains and and making sure all buttons are in place. We also take in our bigger jobs like comforters and duvet covers and are always happy with the price and the way they turn out. So happy to have this wonderful and locally owned business making my life easier!

I’m puzzled by these good reviews, since we just had a pretty bad experience there. We got behind on our laundry and due to our work schedules, decided to drop it off to be washed. We thought we’d try this place but Bright Laundry literally wanted to charge us $ 32 per bag, over $ 2 per pound! The other place we used charges 50 cents per pound. We’ve used a couple services in the last city we lived in, as well, and the price was about 50 cents per pound, as well. Not sure what Bright Laundry does that justifies costing 4x as much, but I’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Convenient and close to home. Service is great, and they always remember me when I come in. Extra star for that. Love being able to use a
«local business». We only have used them for drycleaning of my husbands clothes, but know that they also offer laundry service.

I want to thank you, and your team, mostly Shannon, for always being there with a smile. It’s so hard to find these days in any type of customer service type position. And every time that I come into your store, I feel like I’m the most important customer there, and that speaks volumes to the way that you all conduct your business.

My long overdue review of Bright Laundry Service.
So I’ve been seeing a thread saying that the above review is fake but honestly I don’t think it is. I can attest to the quality of their service because I use it on a weekly basis. Many a times they’ve gone beyond the call of duty. For instance, once I woke up late to pick up my clothes with like 10 minutes to close and I called to see if I could pick up my clothes still and I mentioned that I was 15 minutes away and they said it was cool and that they would stay open. That right there is awesome plus the quality of the cleaning they provide is impeccable. They either hang or fold all of your laundry and bag it up and deliver with freshness. They’ve never lost any articles of clothing and have even reassured me that they would replace anything if it was ruined.
Highly recommend if you’re a busy professional and don’t have time to do laundry.

I have been using Bright Laundry service off and on since 2008. They are great people, do a great job, and have a great service. I can not say enough nice things about this company. They are fantastic. They pick up all my laundry and drop it off, neatly folded and some item hung on a hanger. They are very professional, and I would recommend the, over and over:)
