Build-A-Bear Workshop

I waited a couple weeks after Christmas to take my son and his friend to stuff their bears and but accessories. It was not busy at all and we felt like we couldn’t have been a bigger burden to these girls!!! The eye rolling the lack of interest or support (the reason I paid $ 30 for a stuffed bear was for the experience for my son) the birth certificates were all smudged and the boys cried about it when we got home… We were left to fend for ourselves the computers were not working properly and oh boy was that a hassle for the employees (attitude-​wise) the boys were excited calm and respectful as was I… This experience mad me soooo sad and upset I stayed positive for the kids, but had they not been there I would have had quite a few things to say! DONT GO TO THE FRESNO LOCATION!!!

I have 3 daughters ranging from 4 – 19 years old, and all 3 of them love this store! Its so cute! You can pick out different outfits for your bear, shoes and even underwear!
Recently I went to this store to get a new outfit for my youngest daughters build-​a-​bear. We were immediately greeted, invited to use the dressing room to try on different outfits and advised of the specials. But, there was a nice lady named Theresa that went above and beyond. My daughter left her Frozen purse at the store, and Theresa found my contact information from my build a bear card, emailed me and tried to contact the phone number! That type of customer service is unheard of nowadays. It was so special of her to go out of her way to return a small little purse for my daughter.

Staff was friendly and be careful, they are good saleswomen.
i came in they have an array of animals to pick from, dogs, bunnies, cats (even hello kitty), bears, etc. the doll is unstuffed because you can request them to stuff it from soft, medium or hard. You can even add a prerecorded noise like a bark or a roar or meow or a message in the doll. then you give doll to the staff and they stuff it. then you can add clothes, shoes, accessories, even hair.
now, im not a fan of anthropomorphizing animals to make them human. in fact i got a bunny who was softly stuffed, had a ROAR noise insert, a heart button, and a white pair of panites that looks like a diaper. it’s adorable. ill upload a picture later. the kids outdo it with the outfits and shoesand accessories.
it’ll make an awesome gift for a kid or an adult.
