Terrible service. This manger named Iris gave me old food, took forever, and gave me attitude as well. Additionally she brought her boyfriend in there I saw them being inappropriate. There was also a dog in the back kitchen area! DO NOT Go to this location unless you want to risk contamination.

It’s Burger King…
I haven’t been in a while and was craving some chicken nuggets, onion rings and some ice cream. Service was fine, but the food is pretty bad. I couldn’t find the onions in my onion ring and the chickens that went into my nuggets honestly died in vain. The ice cream was good tho.
What made me write a reivew was that the bathroom was really really dirty. Please get on that!

It’s Burger King, so you get what you expect. My problem with this place and every place like it they do not have paper towels in the bathroom. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. This place and everyone like it is under the assumption that EVERYONE washes their hands after the restroom, which we all know is not true. I cringe every time I am in one of these restrooms and I see that handle to pull and leave the restroom. YUK!!!

Was in drive thru line. ordered a #1 breakfast and got to window was handed a mocha frappé and wrong breakfast. Girl at window looked extremely confused and said she forgot to punch in my order so she just gave me somebody else’s I don’t get it… I got my money back will never go there again she said she hopes my day gets better I think her job needs to get better. meaning actually doing it right.

Since I was in the area, a whopper for lunch sounded good. Hit the drive thru, which went quickly given the number of card at the lunch hour. Purchased a whopper and ice tea.
Whopper was not cold but «cool» which means it was sitting there. The iced tea was room temperature with no ice. Ugh… Not good.

This is the first time I have been to BK in few years. Had a bad experience at one down south so thought I would take a sabbatical since so many options are available.
Being said i was shopping and very hungary since not eating breakfast, so I decided to give BK another try.
Service was fast and friendly and the order prepared fast. I ordered the Big King and the new krinkle cut fries with the Hi-​C drink (all in small). The burger was tasty, but meat patties could have been larger. But what was there was very good! The fries were crisp and real good.
Overall, I enjoyed this experience and may be back to try the Spicy chicken sandwich… For the money a good deal!

Slow! Bad customer service! Waited a good 15 min with no help. Not even a «I’ll be right with you» I was the only one in line. And two other gals waiting for their fries on the side. Noone else. Horrible. This place deserves no star. Hire better staff please.

Just wanted to say that the service is very good at this particular Burger King. I requested extra lettuce on my Original Chicken Sandwich, as most Burger Kings (sadly including this one) put very, very little lettuce on these sandwiches. Normally, they charge, but I asked politely and explained that even when I requested extra lettuce in the past, they still put very little (I think it’s a company wide thing). The girl was very nice and said she didn’t charge me extra for it. When I got home, there was practically a friggin SALAD on my sandwich. Awesome! Thanks guys! You’re way, right away. I believe it!

Fast food, fast service. I always like the whopper. This location is near my house and luckily it’s always clean. I used to take my kids here every Sunday till they’re grown.

If I could sum this place it in one word, it would be SLOW SLOW SLOW.
Ok, I realize thats more than one word, but what are you gonna do, sue me?
The drive though always crawls through, and it takes in excess of 10 minutes to get your order, even if there is only a car or two in front of you. Most of the time the only reason I stop here is because I want something relatively fast, and because I don;t feel like putting up with the lower than usual quality food of the Wendy’s across the street.
If you have a hankering for some Burger King then this is probably your only bet if you live in the area, because most Burger Kings seem to have closed down around town.

Bay Area
I decided to stop at this Burger King location earlier today because I’ve always had great experiences when I was growing up and this Burger King still has great staff, friendly, courteous and I’d definitely come back here. I’m mostly rating the drive thru service. My meal was perfect.
