So there’s two crap reviews here so I decided to leave a positive one because I had good experience here on 7÷17÷2014. Two young ladies were working at the store and they a great selection of shoes and sandals. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped us but she checked on us, recommended what sandals were good for me to buy and told me that they were all on sale. She didn’t seemed annoyed by the multiple requests we had for her to go to the back and get a pair of the right size. She was very helpful. I got really pretty sandals here — I will be back!

Horrible customer service. The lady working made me feel like I was bothering her. She barely looked up from the computer the whole time I was in the store. Won’t be returning.

While weekend shopping my sister sent me a photo of a sandal that was on sale at Cathy Jean(she wanted my opinion). I though the sandal was super cute and when she told me they were only $ 12 I asked her to pick me up a pair. When I tried them on I was sad to see that they ran small. Since I commute to Fresno 5 days a week for school I thought it was no big deal; I could just go exchange them for size bigger, right? Wrong! I was browsing around for about 15 minutes with their store bag in my hand before the lady behind the counter finally decided to look up from her paperwork and acknowledge my presence. When I explained to her my situation and that all I wanted was to go a size bigger she went to the storeroom and came back and told me she couldn’t do an exchange because all sales were final… seriously? No where on my receipt did it state that all sales were final. She stated that the sandals were on sale and that the store was just trying to get rid of them. I kindly explained that I did not intend to return them but just exchange them for a larger size… that what was I to do with sandals that didn’t fit properly… still she stated all sales were final. Asked if I could just get store credit then towards another item that I would purchase on the spot… she said, «no credit.» Asked if I could speak to the manager… she stated she was the manager and even though she understood that I would be stuck with a pair of sandals that I couldn’t wear she couldn’t do anything about it. Excuse me… but as a manager in retail isn’t it your job to help the customer in any way possible to make sure they leave happy and return? Ladies try on all your shoes before you buy and take them home. Wouldn’t want you to be stuck with shoes that you can’t even wear… especially if you paid full price for them.
