Chem-Dry of Fresno/Clovis

I used a Groupon to have three rooms cleaned. Since it was a Groupon I didn’t expect the quality to be good, however Donnie was fabulous. He was thorough and even went over one of the spaces twice. He was kind and though he was running late I got a call letting me know. I will hire them again!

We had already made plans to donate our couches to a sober living home (we have pets — enough said), when we found a Groupon coupon for Chem-​Dry. They came in and worked their magic, and our furniture looks brand new! Great job, and Rod Hartman saved us thousands in new furniture costs. We are now ready to entertain guests for the holidays. I can’t say how well they clean carpet because they never showed up!!!
I ordered a Living Social for carpet cleaning with Chem Dry of Fresno-​Clovis. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a Friday at 9:00am. I moved most of my furniture into the garage the night before. When they didn’t arrive by 9:15, I called them and they stated that someone left a message canceling their 9:00am appointment. I told them it wasn’t me who called. They said they would look at the schedule and call me back in 20 minutes. Two hours later – still no call so I called them. They stated they were still working on it and hadn’t forgotten about me. I suggested we could do it the next day if necessary. They said they would call me back. At 4:30pm I hadn’t hear anything so I called and got their machine. I told them it was unacceptable and I expected a call back that day. I never heard from them that day or the next. I contacted Living Social for a refund.
If there was truly a scheduling issue (not on my part) they should have contacted me and kept me in the loop. The purpose of a Living Social deal is to promote your business. I WOULD NEVER USE SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY FOR SERVICES IN MY HOME. I recommend you do not either.
