Stopped by with the family for dinner tonight and was pleased it wasn’t too busy. We were seated right away and our server came by shortly later. Got our drinks out quickly and then we ordered and our food arrived about 15 minutes later… it was all delicious. Bailey was our server and she was very prompt and very friendly. We enjoyed our time here… we’ll be back. =)

If I could have picked no stars I would! I haven’t eaten here in awhile and was longing for the fajitas, which in the last have been amazing but tonight they were literally disgusting, my husband is not a picky person, and he agreed, the steak tasted like liver, or fake mean, it was bizzare! The chicken was the same way, like a paste that had been mushed together, like tofu! I was very unhappy, I told the manager and all he said was yeah sorry I agree it’s not good, we no longer cook the steak on the grill it’s on a flat top stove, I mean come on!?! I will never go back, 35 dollars I could have spent at Japanese kitchen for a filet minot that surpasses chili’s steak by miles. So sad that management agreed and didn’t do anything to make up for it. Super disappointed!;(

Trying to sit at bar to enjoy drink and snack, but unfortunately end bar seat is in front of kitchen. I had to listen to the most annoying employee behind me in the kitchen with the most annoying voice! Rambling on with co workers about who knows what. He was obnoxious so I drank up and left as soon as I could. This with a bartender letting a regular know how it’s her day off and she can’t wait to close. Nobody cares honey. Oh wait, they also have those dreaded self serve iPads, so why even have staff??? I guess I’m the employee now if I get to place the order and handle my bill. Do I get the employee discount?

Went here in November and had one of the BEST meals ever… really! Ribeye– Perfect; Mashed potatoes– Mouthwatering; Broccoli-Seasoned to perfection and not to crisp and not to mushy… service-SUCKED!!! With the new on table contractions we ceased to exist after the food was abruptly delivered to our table. I always tip well for good service but when I explained the 9% tip gordo shrugged his shoulders said said he was busy. Went back in December(for that steak) and it was the opposite, food sucked service was acceptable, steak– weird texture not the same cut; Mashers-ok; Broccoli– limp and no seasoning… disappointed to say the least will eat local…

Very disappointed with my service on 11÷21÷15 not only did it take over an hour to get my food but I got the wrong order and then I waited another 20 minutes. Our waiter seemed to be nice but when the kids asked for refills on there drinks the glasses seemed to just be piling up on the table. Several mistakes were made on my ticket and I was even told they would comp my meal… Well that never happened. I got tired of the waiter going back and fourth so I just paid the entire bill. We had a party of 9 and I was the first one there and the last one to eat. The rest of them were just sitting waiting for me to get my food. I really wish my experience had been better because now they won’t be getting our business for a while

Celebrating veterans days! Chili’s is one of the few restaurants that honored veterans with a complimentary meal and they had a very nice menue lined up for our vets! My husband enjoyed the old timer cheese hamburger. My meal of course was not complementary I had the prime rib fresh mex bowl. We also ordered fried pickles for appetizer and the skillet cookie for dessert. We thought we would be coming out with minimal dinner tab but with appetizers and dessert we had a $ 35 tab! Lol. but it was worth it. Dinner was good hubby’s burger was thoughtful of Chili’s and I really liked those fried pickles.

I went the other night, they must have gotten some new staff cause I’ve never had a problem with service before until now. Took 10 – 15 minutes just for drink. Then when he brought the drinks, he was about to run away without even asking if we were ready to order, so my friend had to say, «hey! Excuse me! We’re ready to order». Just didn’t look interested. Food also took awhile to come out. Probably close to half an hour. I tried this berry margarita and it definitely wasn’t as good as i was expecting. Overall, a disappointing night.

Good variety of food, decent price service is up and downs depending on who you get. They have a good drink menu and the place is pretty clean. They still have some of the best burgers around.

Super great service from our waiter Rick. We came in late to almost closing time. Didn’t get any attitude about they were going to close soon. We were treated great and not rushed. The manager came out to tell us they were out of something and offered replacements then comped the replacement.

I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seated. I usually sit in the bar area because my family loves to drink. Their appetizers are great. The strawberry margarita(blended) is good, the price for appetizers during happy hour is AWESOME, the waiters have always been helpful and on top of things, and the table kiosks are a great idea and I think all restaurants should have them. The happy hour is only during the week, not weekends, bummer! Overall I really enjoy this place, I go atleast twice a month.

Drinks, Dessert and Appetizers, those are a few of my favorite things when I come to this Chili’s, and I normally stick to that exclusively, I don’t care too much about the chili’ main entrees, because they aren’t the best classical american food around. With that said, the Bar atmosphere here is just A-ok, its not too big and its not the most beautiful bar I’ve been to in Fresno but yet comfortable and clean enough. Their hours of opening is really limited for a bar area, where they close at 11PM. They do have happy hour after 9, the normal cheaper mixed drinks and beer prices are slashed, but the premium margaritas are for some reason still the same price. While the appetizers prices are slashed in half. For Drinks I would order the Patron margarita $ 9.70, its my all time favorite drink. Im not so much of a beer or shots kinda guy, Im a margarita kinda guy, because I love the taste of the lime juice matched perfectly with the tequila slowly poured on rocks(ice) and then served with a rimmed salted cocktail glass. I think chilis makes one of the best margarita in town, but its got to be the petron margarita and not their other cheap margaritas. At chili’s you get the margarita in the cocktail glass, plus a cute patron margarita shaker in which you could top your drink off, I just love this creative and elegant touch, I havens seen it elsewhere. Their seasonal fruity margarita is also really good, like this summers watermelon margarita. I don’t really like their normal margarita because firstly they serve it in their huge glass mug and secondly the taste isn’t as good or refined, but it is cheaper at $ 4.50 for happy hours. Their egg rollls appetizers is my favorite here, it has a nice crunchy and a perfect balance of savory taste from black beans, spices, and spinach. Really delicious and a must try if your at chilis. The happy hour prices are only $ 4.50 for 6 egg rolls sliced in half. Lastly their molten chocolate cake is yum. That is a must order here. The perfectly soft and most cake is topped with a chocolate shelled ice cream. and as you dig inside a gooey molten inside will greet you. Its really a treat. In a nutshell at chili’s you can’t go wrong with appetizers, drinks and dessert.

I ordered the triple dipper and it was more of a single dipper. I will let the picture speak for itself! I threw in a star for worlds most tiny chicken leg, or baby chick leg. Beer is a decent price.

This place is disgusting and I won’t ever be going back. The table was sticky. The seats were full of food crumbs. The silverware was dirty. The menu had old dry food splatters on the pages. When I was served my water the glass was sticky and there was food particles floating in the water. I just left. I was afraid to touch anything. This place was filthy. Not okay.

My boyfriend recently took me to this chilis location on my birthday. I’ve only been there twice before and they were OK experiences but the second time I went to the one on Shaw and my god I fell in love with the delicious smokehouse burger… fresh ingredients, friendly service and speedy service as well. When my boyfriend asked where I would like to go for my birthday i said chilis, remembering that delicious burger. Went to this location on fresno st… It did not live up to par. The food was not fresh at all. My boyfriend and I ordered the same burgers and the onion rings on his order were super hard. Literally rocks. We’re talking about a $ 10 burger and they give you super hard old onion rings. I told him I could bring it to the attention of our waiter but he felt bad and we never said anything. To be honest, I think there was no reason to feel ashamed that burger should have been as delicious as the last time we tried it. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. If this happens to you please just let your waiter know. 2 stars. Otherwise staff was friendly.

The good thing about chilis is that the hostesses are usually very nice and welcoming but due to my last visit, I probably want to make sure the waitress/waiter isn’t in a rush to go home or switching shifts without notifying the me. We waited 1hr 30mins for our food to come out because we thought the order was placed, but unfortunately the female waitress(in her mid 30 – 40) forgot to put in the order without letting the male waiter who took over while she went home. The male waiter was super kind and although the manager came to peek around the wall to check what was going on. That was utterly stupid of the male manager. He didn’t even apologize for the incident and didn’t even think about making the customers(us) happy. It was so annoying. I wanted to get up and leave but being that I rarely get the chance to go out and have dinner with my friends I took one for the team. The worst part is that when the waiter came out with our food, the manager made the bartender help bring carry out the dishes. Obviously the manager didn’t have any balls to face us. He lacks some serious managing skills right there. I hope my next experience there will be better.

Oh Chili’s… I can’t remember the last time I’ve been here but since them I do remember that this is much much better than it was before it’s still a run-of-the-mill place and I would not recommend it but I did go here and I have nothing bad to say

Went here last night with my man and we were more than happy with everything. Great service food took a lil longer to cook than would hope but was great so it made it rather exceptable. The server however didn’t tell us anything about the game tablets they offer and I thought it was awesome they were there. Other than that clean, friendly with good food what more can one really ask for.

Ehhh! It’s a hit and miss for this Chili’s. It has been two miss for me so far. I couldn’t care less if I had a choice to dine here or somewhere else. Denny’s would be a more suited comparison to this restaurant. I can’t remember why I didn’t care for this restaurant the first time, but here’s the my second chance to fully express my two cents. 1. Usually during the weekdays(nights) it’s not so busy and it wasn’t. My family and I were promptly seated. Good start. Ordered our drinks right away. Upon receiving our drinks, we ordered our food. 2. Here’s where the bread started to crumble. The sweet potato fries took forever to get to the table. No problem because it was hot off the oil. The problem was the waitress that delivered the fries. She kind of threw it onto the table and kept her steady pace to the next table. Much like one would chuck a bone to a begging hungry dog while concentrating on what to eat next without looking at the dog. She wasn’t our waitress because our waiter was probably attending another table. 3. Our plates arrive. My wife and youngest son enjoyed their plates. One star, two stars. My daughter, second oldest son and myself didn’t have the same experience as they did, so no star 3X’s. Reasonable I’d say. Here’s the reason why though; I asked for medium rare. I don’t recall telling the waiter«RARE, where the center of the steak is still cold.» This why some people end up in the ER. 4. My son and daughter shared the appetizers, which one could treat it as a main course. Two small burgers, boneless buffalo wings, and battered chicken breast strips. My daughter complained that the burger patties were still bloody red. Not a problem for me, but that’s an issue for her. She likes everything well done. She picks up the chicken breast strips and tells my wife and I that its still chewy. Chicken breasts aren’t suppose to be chewy unless uncooked. BINGO! I picked up the other piece that she left on the plate and sure enough, it was chewy. The batter wasn’t even fully cooked because it tasted pasty, looked pasty, and felt pasty. This is especially another reason why some people end up in the ER. 5. The boneless buffalo wings weren’t microwaved long enough. It was cold in the center like my steak. But hey, the waiter did his job. The cooks, especially on a slow evening like this evening, should’ve done a superb job. Too bad they let it slipped. Would I recommend this place? Like I said, it’s a hit and miss.

Slow service. Server provided no coasters for our drinks which left a watery mess on the table. Customers shouldn’t have to asks for appetizer plates… Eating over my hand so I don’t make a bigger mess on the table wasn’t fun. The food was good, Not spectacular, but comparable to the moderate price. I’m a stickler about dust… I hate the thought of it in my food. So, a little cleaning of the air vents would have been nice(see picture)
