This location is always a miss. We have been a total of about 6 times now. Today was the worse. We waited 45 minutes for our soup that came with our lunch. One of our guest with us didn’t even get soup as they said they ran out. It took another 25 minutes to get the salad and chips that came with the«bottomless» soup and salad. It was not a complicated meal. It was literally soup, salad and chips. It’s ridiculous the amount of time it took. It’s always like that at this location too. Today was the last straw we will not be returning ever again. Staff wasn’t very friendly and manager could have cared less about our horrible dinning experience.

We always sit in the bar area. immediate seating that way. Have had almost everything on the menu. The only thing I would stay away from is a dish I can’t recall the name of. It has chicken and pasta and is powdered with a chili powder. Way too much chili powder and it’s over powering. There a chef working there who obviously is coming to work very upset when I go there and order spicy dishes. He is taking it out on my food people. They charge too much for sodas like the strawberry lemonade or drinks that are mixed. guess because it’s made? Everything else is really good and the service is usually really good.

How do they not have mushrooms?! Why was I instantly served the wrong drink?! Was seated and took a long time for someone to come back to even take drink order.

its hit or miss with this location, today when I came in for the bottomless enchiladas the service was great, our server was on her game, she made sure to ask us were we ok every time she past by which was great because usually when I visit here the service is awful saw a commercial today advertising the bottomless enchiladas for $ 9.99 so I decided to take the family her for dinner, every plate came out piping hot & both the green chilli chicken & red sauce beef enchiladas were good, they bring you out 3 with rice the 1st time you order &2 with no rice when you ask for more ordered a couple blended strawberry margaritas(happy hour $ 5) to wash them down I must say everything was borderline perfect we left here super full & even took some home in to go containers, I visit this location a few times a month and I will admit this is the best service I’ve ever had since the grand opening

Came here couple of times before and so far love their customer service and their food is really good. Their mixed drinks are good too. I recommend their patron silver margaritas. Its not too sweet and not too strong just perfect.

Went here during lunch time. Witch is 11am for me. Perfect im only one of two person so far… My second time to chilis. Dont remember the first time. I sat myself down’ bar lady was very nice and took my order right away because i knew i wanted steak. Went with sirlion cuz i always have ribeye. Place looks nice. Food came out on the time u would expect. I spent around 30mins in the restuarant. First time for me. Every table had a touch screen device to play games and pay for your meal. That itself is amazing… Not a 5. I ask for med rare steak. Its looks more med well to med… It was still very good. Mashed potatoes r topped with cheese. Nicely steamed broccolli. Seasoning on steak was good… Will go every once in a blue moon. Typing this while pooping… ;P

2nd time here food was good the first time. Service is terrible. We had to wait 5 – 10 min. to be noticed before they took us to our seats. Then we waited 10 minds no one came to even ask for our drink order, so we left.

Understaff!!! wait for 45 mins before our food came out. Appetizer out the same time as main dish. what’s the point we order appetizer? Our drink is empty for long time and need to ask for refill. This is just ridiculous. Never ever come back to this Chilis anymore!!!

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This is the 3rd time I’ve been in this location. The first time was on my lunch break was seated and not once did a waiter or waitress come by to greet us or take our order we waited for at least 20 minutes and we’re ignored so we walked out and went to Applebee’s across the street(amazing service btw). Second and third time me and coworkers walk in and there is literally 6 of us in the front and not once did we get greeted by anyone and the employees clearly saw us but didn’t give a damn to even say«will be right with u guys». Don’t waste your time with this chillis. Their customer service is beyond garbage. Will never be returning here again. What a shame

I like this restaurant because I love chips and salsa before my meal. I haven’t really got anything that tastes great for my entrée though. The salmon was horrible and the quesadillas weren’t too good. I’m gonna make that stop at Applebee’s next time. Also lets hope your shorts are sewn together pretty tight because you’ll be splittin em’ in half after a meal here.

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in several years, but decided to try this one since we had a couple of gift cards to use. The outside and contemporary interior décor are well done and it looks like a clean and welcoming place to eat. Upon seating, on all the tables is a tablet mounted on a stand. The hostess explains that you can play games on it for $ 1, order dessert, drinks and pay(there’s a card reader on the side). We’re told we have a waitress and then a guy helping her I guess? Our waitress takes our drink order and we also order the bottomless tortilla chips and salsa. Short while later, the guy comes and takes our food order. Our waitress came back to double check that he took our food order. A couple baskets of tortilla chips and salsa and over 20 minutes later our food still isn’t out. A couple behind us that came in and ordered after as were already eating their dinner and a family across the way was eating too. A man who I assume was some kind of manager came by and apologized and said their kitchen got backed up on orders in our section(our section was the least crowded so idk). He said our food should be out in a minute. Turned out to be more like 5. I think they forgot to put our order in or something. But he did say they would discount our meal for the trouble. Now onto the food… The bottomless tortilla chips and salsa was a good appetizer. I’ve always liked how thin and crunchy their tortilla chips are here. They’re very light and addicting. Good thing they’re bottomless! I ordered the 3 tacos and it came with black beans and a cilantro lime type rice. For the tacos you can get them all the with same meat filling or pick and choose 3. I decided to pick 3 different ones. I got the fish, shrimp and chicken. I tried the fish one first. The fish isn’t breaded or deep fried. Just a white fish with cabbage, avocado and salsa. Obviously I’m not going to find the best fish tacos at Chili’s, but it wasn’t bad. Fish was cooked well, flaky and had a good mix of textures in the taco. The fish was my favorite of the three. The shrimp taco wasn’t bad, but nothing great either. Shrimp was well seasoned and it came with some kind of cabbage slaw. Now the most disappointing taco was the chicken. It’s sad because upon receiving it, it looked like it would be the best one. They had me at chimichurri sauce. Instead it was just a boring, over salted taco. When you compare it to the other 2, it’s also the least filled out taco. It was just the chicken, chimichurri sauce and salsa. It was so salty I couldn’t make myself finish it. The beans and rice were good though and had good flavors. My favorite thing at Chili’s was probably the Watermelon Lemonade. I originally ordered a Coke, but then changed later to the lemonade. It was the best decision. The menu says its seasonal and could run out. I’d never had watermelon lemonade before, but it was very refreshing and not overly sweetened. When the bill came, they took off half of the bill to compensate for the long food wait. Overall, this place isn’t great and I wouldn’t be fast to recommend it to others. I’d say maybe come here for drinks and appetizers, but not to eat dinner. The appetizer(granted it was just chips and salsa, nothing to actually cook) came out fast and drink refills were fairly constant. Our waitress was really nice.

The location is great, very clean & nice inside. Waiter was friendly and kept getting refills. The food on the other hand, it isn’t the greatest but it’s not bad. Definitely would only come if invited to a birthday dinner or some occasion.

Phew this place wasn’t as terrible as the Unilocal reviews was indicating, it was as a matter of fact passable. Im glad I tried it myself. Skip the main meals on account it tasted average, however come for dessert, margarita and appetizers, because is well worth it. Im not saying that this place was perfect, now that would be exaggerating. Im just declaring that this place was not so horrible to dine in. Although my recommendations would only go as far for their appetizers, bar drinks especially that patron margarita and finally their dessert particularly that molten lava chocolate cake. Because their main meal was just unexceptional. So come for the happy hour, appetizers and dessert but skip the main meal, if you do that you might have a good time. I do love the little ziosk smart tablet on the table, because we can have fun playing games and pay my tab with it and also order an extra drink via the tablet, but the system itself is dawdling and lagging, and can you believe they charge 99cents for playing the games. I though it was FREE. To start my sister and I order the triple dipper $ 11.69 which had a delicious tangy and spicy boneless chicken wings, hot, crispy and tasty egg rolls and finally the big bites, the appetizers was a good start and was really delicious. I also had the Patron Margarita $ 9.89 was really refreshing delicious and was presented in such a cute flask which I love, I would highly recommend it for anyone who loves a good drink. Very refreshing, the taste of fresh lime juice is so good, coupled with really quality tequila and finally the perfect salt balance on the tip of the glass. It was heaven to sip. For mains my sister had the chicken crispers $ 10.69, it was just ok in my opinion was not as good as the Chili’s branch in Malaysia, it didn’t have enough flavor and was kinda average tasting. The old timer burger with cheese medium rare $ 8.49 was yet another average burger, much better than any fast food burger, but its no gourmet burger, I remember it tasting better in the Chili’s in Malaysia, its funny though since chillies is based in the US. So main meal was not exciting at all. However, the fries that came with the meal was good, crispy and well seasoned. The dessert is like heaven in a plate we order the molten lava cake for $ 6.99, it was perfectly soft and moist chocolate cake with a molten centre from the melting chocolate ganache. The ice cream with the thick chocolate shell was also very good tasting. It was so good it elevated our experience after the average tasting mains. The service by Britney J was not bad but far from perfect, I can’t blame her because she was on training the day she served us, her training manager is to be blamed for the lack of service; the service was lacking efficiency, speed and also going-over to the table to make sure we were satisfied. It felt like she was gone most of the time from the table, there was no feedback inquiry of the food from manager. It took us forever to order our dessert however paying was a breeze thank god to that ziosk machine on the table. The venue was clean, neat, nicely decorated and everything was new, would return for dessert, appetizer and margarita !

Here is a question. How can two Chilli’s in the same town be so different. The new one on west shaw awful. The one on Herndon. Best ever. Doesn’t make sense.

My daughter ordered fajitas and I ordered a simple bowl of chili. Thirty(30) minutes later, the fajitas finally come out and they are sizzling. Unfortunately my little bowl of chili was so cold that the refrigerated cheese on top didn’t melt. When I examined the cheese, it was clearly left in the fridge uncovered, as it was a bit crunchy. Not good. The manager was not any help. She came by as explained that she didn’t know what was going on in her kitchen. With that., I will stay in my own kitchen. Where I know what is going on.

Where can I begin? We came here last night after a drive down Christmas tree lane and I was sooo disappointed! I used to really really love the chili’s over on Herndon so I kind of expected a similar dining experience but boy was I wrong… needless to say, I won’t be back. The first thing I noticed was a complete lack of busboys which resulted in dirty tables all over the restaurant. We had to wait for the waitress to turn over the table, which bothers me because… don’t those lovely ladies have enough to worry about without having to clear all the tables too. Once we were seated the hostess gave us a tutorial about how to use the computer device that is strategically placed at the table… you can use it to order drinks and desserts… then at the end of your meal, you pay on it. Whatever. Basically it’s a commercial screen sitting right on your table. The huge problem about the restaurant was the food. We waited over an hour for it… when it finally came, my salad was served to me on a hot ass plate… my niece who ordered ribs received a plate of basically meatless bones and cold rubber French fries… I just… I was so unsatisfied with it. My mom even told our waitress at the end of the night…“hey…we know it’s not your fault but the food was really bad”…so she went to talk to her manager and they gave us a free dessert. But the dessert wasn’t free. I paid 40 dollars for a meal that none of us ate… the only thing we did eat was the«free» dessert.

This is supposed to be your neighborhood friendly restaurant. Well I beg to differ. This is my review for my second encounter at chilis. Based on the service and the food, I will not be back. I took my daughter to dinner, like we always do once a month and picked chilis. It happened to be a football game on so the restaurant was more packed than normal. I ordered an appetizer of spinach artichoke dip along with a sirloin 6 ounce steak. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and french fries. My waitress was attentive and it showed me their interactive system that they have with the electronic payment device on the table. After giving her my order, we waited for our food. I feel as if I took too much time for the food to come out. To my dismay, when our meal came out so did the appetizer! This is the second time I come to the restaurant and they brought out the appetizer at the same time as my meal. I don’t understand why this continues to happen. I looked at other tables and it was happening to other customers as well. The artichoke dip was creamy and full of the great avocado and spinach flavor we’ve all come to love. However, the chunks of artichoke were extremely too big to pick up and eat with the chip. Most of my chips kept breaking off in the dip. I enjoyed the cheesiness of the dish but did not like the fact that the artichoke hearts were huge and had to be ate with a fork. I ordered the sirloin steak and was disappointed. There was a time a few years ago, but I really enjoyed the steaks that chilis serve. That time has gone and went. The steak was dry and not cook to my expectation of medium well. The mashed potatoes was salty. It came with an order of broccoli which was okay. I tried my best to enjoy the the meal but ended up taking it home. If this was a signature dish it spoke to me and said maybe you should we order something else.

Argh. Sunday around 330pm. Place is still PACKED. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a seat. Add another 20 minutes of waiting to it since not a single waitress went to my table after being seated. It was only when I got my food that the wait at the door ended. I’ll cut to the chase: Appetizers: As average as average can get. The bone-in buffalo wings were a major so-so; I’d argue that the ones at Logan’s are spicier and tastier. My sweet potato fries were limp and lukewarm, as if I got the leftovers. The ranch sauce was the only thing that saved it. Meal: I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, which is my all-time favorite salad anywhere; you can take me to any restaurant — fine dining or not — and I’d still order this. However, I was a bit disappointed since the serving and quality is a bit underwhelming. I was picking through my salad and noticed that the greens were old and beginning to wilt. The salad also had around 8 beans(yeah, I counted) for a salad that is supposedly a «quesadilla explosion.» The dressing, grilled chicken, and three cheese quesadillas were perfect. What’s funny is that the Chili’s branches on the US military bases in Japan have bigger servings than in the US; even the ingredients that are imported are fresher for some reason. Service: The wait sucked but when we were seated, we were lucky enough to get a really nice waitress; she didn’t appear flustered in any way despite it being a busy afternoon. Kudos to you, Ms. Nice Waitress. If I wasn’t leaving Fresno for New York, I would come back and give this branch another shot. Hopefully the service and quality of food improve.
