They drive a lunch truck to our location so employees at our building can buy something for lunch, or on break. Now there are some things I really liked but I have found it to be pretty inconsistent. They would have fruit cups but I question the freshness after my last experience. It seems I had a moldy grape and a few times the fruit seemed a little mushy. So I decided to stick to possibly just lunch. While their food can be good, it’s inconsistent in quality, sometimes it’s ok and sometimes not so much. They usually have salads if some sort out by the drinks, but it’s not a guaranteed thing. The green salad with the feta cheese is very tasty but it’s a shame they don’t always have it. I tried ordering some of their salads on the menu, like the chicken salad (I believe that’s what it’s called). It was a piece of chicken breast (somewhat thin piece) over chopped iceberg lettuce (looks like the lettuce you use for your tacos) and ranch. It was hardly worth the price, I felt, and very disappointing in flavor. So today I gave it one more shot. I needed a bit of greens to go along with my lunch, and looked at their menu and thought, the green salad must be better, after all green salad, can’t possibly just be iceberg lettuce. I take my order and come lunch time open the box to discover its just shredded romain (like the stuff you use for tacos) with three pieces of tomato and some pickle slices drenched in salad dressing. It was disgusting to say the least. All you could taste was dressing, and other than the romain having a bit if green, there was nothing green or appetizing about this salad. I ate what little I could (found some pockets that weren’t soggy) and threw the rest away.
Approach with caution, if they happen to stop by your location for lunch. The only food I’ve had that I can’t complain about is the grilled cheese. They’re great for small snacks, but it’s cheaper to being your own, And they really are very nice for the most part. I just can’t accept the inconsistency. I don’t think I’ll want to continue testing the waters to see what else might have a bit more consistency in quality, perhaps if I’m in a pinch and need some chips I’ll venture out I then, other than that I’m ok with my lunch from home, or if need be I’ll venture out for lunch.

This place can put out some serious quantities of food at very short notice ! The owner is truly a nice guy, very knowledgeable and very efficient.
I had a emergency situation… I needed to replace an idiot caterer at the last Minuit, actually only 6 hours before the event. How many caterers do you know that can put together a feast of rotisserie chicken, pilaf and 4 different salads and desserts for 300 people in 6 hours… none and if they say they can there lying !
The whole crew was decked out in whites with gloves, hair nets very professional… Oh yes the food… the chicken had a great seemed like rosemary and garlic rub really tasty and perfectly cooked, basic salads, house, pasta, broccoli all good clean simple. This is not catering Hollywood style… these people do it quick. clean. basic. tasty and at a very reasonable price.
Overall a great experience and i would without question use them again for any large function… good to see a outfit preparing honest non pretentious food. it seems now days most caterers think there on a TV show !
