Clark Pest Control

P. S. These guys rock, I know this because I used to work for them as a termite inspector & on the termite treatment crew. If anyone ever had, or has an issue with any of their services, communicate your issue to them. They guarantee their work!

Horrible services for termite home inspection. They hid under the umbrella of being thorough, more like looking for ways to get more money. They did the inspection found a few useful things, then they put a few items that were vague and required them to negotiate further inspection for a price. We did the things that were benefiting to our home and asked them, as per our loan officer, to please put that they couldn’t access area so could not inspect. They refused, they wanted us to put a hole in the wall right in the middle of our living room! They wanted a few wholes in our walls so they could see! We refused, our loan person saw right through their ploy. We were looking for a new pest control company, needless to say we didn’t go with Clark’s Pest control!

Horrible.
We had Tamarack Pest Control for over a year and they were great. When we talked with someone from Clark (going door to door) it sounded like a better deal then what we were getting, and the sad part is, I don’t even remember why or what made it seem better! Well, when we had Tamarack we never had issues. No spiders or anything. Well… after switching to CLARK, we have black widows EVERYWHERE and a few other kinds of spiders I’m not sure of.
I have called them back out here 3 – 4 times for this same issue. They came out, did what they needed to do and left. Mind you this is 3 – 4 times BETWEEN scheduled appointments to come out!
When I spoke with a manager (to cancel my service with them), his excuse was «Well spiders come out different times of the year and we just cant help that» HAHA Are you kidding me? Why is it that you guys cant do anything about it, but with Tamarack, it was never an issue?
So needless to say, i would NEVER recommend anyone hiring Clark unless you like wasting your money.
