Where do I start, where others haven’t already warned you??? I was FORCED BY FIDELITY TO USE THIS SCUMPANY. They came by said the A/​c unit needed to be replaced, it’s 14 years old with regular service. Fidelity said it was covered to be replaced, but here is the catch, these rip off artists wanted to charge $ 750 for a duct test which isn’t covered. Then another $ 350 to pull a permit. And a week minimum wait to replace the unit. I called around and its 125 for permit and 250 – 300 for duct test! They refused to let another company do a duct test and pull a permit at a lower cost to me and my family. I refused to be put in a corner and succumb to this type of scheme. I called another company who came by and found out the problem, it was a capacitor that needed to be replaced ! I have left fidelity and will never allow this company to set foot on my property! You have been warned, if fidelity sends them to your home you could be in for a ride!

This company was sent out through the new homeowner’s insurance and repaired the AC compressor. About a week or so later, it completely died. When called about the dead unit, the employee looked at it for about 5 seconds and said it would have to be replaced (which was covered under insurance). It was later discovered that Climate Controllers submitted a report to the insurance stating the unit had been tampered with, voiding the pending insurance claim. This company cannot be trusted.
