Incompetent Staff. Referral department has to be reminded to fill out paperwork right up to the day of the actual referral appointment. My partner has been waiting over 3 months for an appointment with a specialist, and now might have to start all over again because they couldn’t fill out a simple form that was repeatedly faxed to them by the specialist. Everything is a huge complicated ordeal thanks to the staff. Even the simple function of answering a phone is rocket science.
