Cornell Apartmetns

I lived here for just under 3 years, and I LOVED it. It is a six-​plex with a common gated courtyard. Each unit has it’s own garage, and two of the corner units have really big backyards. I had arguably the best unit in the complex.
The landlords take great care of the apartments, updating and remodeling whenever someone moves out. They are both always a phone call away, quick to respond, and super sweet. :)
The only negative to the place is that it is right next to the train tracks, so the horn honking can occasionally be annoying when you’re watching tv, but I got used to it within a week or two, and honestly, you see the tracks right across the street so you know what you’re getting into ahead of time!
I should mention that I lived here at the same time as the two previous reviewers, one of which was senile! But this review is for the apartments, not the character of former tenants! If you are considering an apartment, go meet the landlords for yourself and take the other reviews with a grain of salt. I personally have nothing but positive things to say about the landlords, they were like my family, and I am still in touch with them, as I know several other former tenants are as well!
LOVE this place, miss my apartment, would have never moved out had I not bought a house! :)
