If I could give less stars I would. Do not be fooled by the website. The facility is very run down, which would not be that bad if the doctor and their practices weren’t as horrible. They violate so many HIPAA policies. Patients doors are left open while they wait and while the doctor speaks with them. While I was waiting (with my door wide open), I could hear his conversation with the patient next door (her room was left open). I didn’t bother staying; I felt extremely uncomfortable and lacked confidence in his ability to assist me. My husband, who was seen by him, said he felt unheard and like the doctor was uninterested in helping him. Do not waste your time here!

rude staff member. good for nothing… can’t resolve patient issues… even if you have appointment they will tell you «it’s ok if you don’t have appointment, i’ll put you as a walk-​in.» WHAT… i said «i have an appt»…wow this office is lowest standard in customer service. i would not go there anymore.

Don’t waste your time I waited an hour even after having an appointment. Finally I got to see the doctor and I feel like he didn’t even listen to me he prescribed me a medication that was supposed to help both of my problems and it didn’t help anything so I called to see if he can prescribe me something else and they told me they need me to come back in (of course because they want more money) I don’t have insurance and money is tight and I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money on this place!
