There is but one ATM at this site even though the branch sits in the middle of downtown Fresno with a lot of foot traffic. The inside of the branch is small and crowded and a line of customers is usually jammed up against the large window that looks into the lobby of the Fresno County Office of Education.
Just being in that building alone, with all those education people coming and going, should mean a bigger branch with more tellers and ATMS.
