I cant even put any stars i would deff reccomend all people that plan on comming here to deff plan ahead or find another location with better service all front staff just have a wonder full time talking among their selves my app was at 1030 it is currently 1 pm and am still waiting here to be taken care of when i got up tonask what time it would be my turn all they can say is we go by appt not numbers are you serious my appt was at 1030 and its 1 pm and their answer was wellnure next their has been clients coming in and out and been called quickly i dont undestand the system but i deff will be looking for a better more welcoming location (horrible experience ever. I will never return here)

I like the Dr. And staff in the back, upfront staff not very warm. I came in to drop papers off with medical records waited 30 min. With my mother who has severe dementia. Makes no sense a facility of this size does mot have adaquate staffing. I only come here because of mothers insurance. It takes less then 3min to process the forms that the doctor needs to fill out. oh and the doctor needs close to 2 weeks to fill out form. I feel bad for the people who have no choice…

Came in for a physical had an appointment so the wait was short, but once I got back to see the dr I waited long. overall if your in good health maintain less time wasted visiting a dr office. bottom line if you have out of pocket expenses such as myself and u need a physical done it was reasonable and the job was completed
