Enver Solar

I am ready to raise Enver’s rating to 4 stars. Recently they have been making serious efforts to make things right. They are even going to install 9 more panels at their own expense, which is probably a very significant expense. Also, their responsiveness has improved.
Unfortunately, my difficulties in getting a response from Enver in October were so significant that I can’t, in good conscience, give them a 5 star rating, but I am happy that they are now improving their service.

I was delightfully impressed from start to finish with our solar installation. Cameron came out and was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to work with the people at HOPE LOAN and get us the loan, that was 0 percent down and completely tax delectable for the life time of the loan.
The installation went smoothly as well. The county came right in and was able to pass on the 1^st inspection.
I would and have recomended them now to many family members and friend. Overall a great company.

Met Roy from Enver Solar at the Fresno Home & Garden show and spent ~30 minutes discussing the idea of adding an additional solar array as a 2^nd stand alone system to offset my true up bill of ~$ 1,000 for last year. My existing system (3KW) is only covering ~50% of my pg&e bill and I figured with the install of an addtional ~ $ 10K (~2.5Kwatt) system minus the 30% rebate, I would have pay back in 6 to 7 years. I scheduled an appointment for March 19^th, and thought Roy did a great job explaining his company’s product.
Unfortunately, after all of the coordination, I recieved a call from Enver’s Orange County scheduling office on 3÷17÷2015, after playing phone tag and traversing through the gauntlet to call back, the lady there tells me the Fresno sales person was wrong and that Enver Solar is not allowed to install a 2^nd solar system on a house that already has one that is fully paid for… She said she double checked with her people in the office to confirm. What a waste of my time!
Sun City & REC are more then happy to install a second system on my house and both were un aware of any rule not allowing an addtional system to be installed on the same house.
I would not recommend Enver (specially if you have an existing solar system), due to: 1) A very strange rule of not installing panels on a house that already has an existing system which is fully paid for. 2) A discontinuity of information between Enver’s Fresno sales staff and the Orange county office. 3) The un professionalism of the scheduling office (The scheduling office did not appolgize for the wasting of my time). The Lady on the phone sounded put off for my attempts to question why Enver Solar would not consider intalling a new system at my home.
