Super cute clothes, good price. However customer service blows! I remembered when they first opened and I remember thinkin they were one of the few stores with direct customer service, but after a few years it started to sink. Now I go in, no one greets me no nothing. Very disappointed. I usually leave just because no one is acknowledging me even if they have super cute clothes

Store was BOGO, and found 2 beautiful dresses for less than $ 50 total, and cute styles! i did not really like their jeans, but they have a great selection of dresses, especially dresses that you think you may just wear once for special events and ones you don’t want to spend too much money on! I would say the quality is better than forever 21!

Let me start by saying I love the clothing. I had walked gone shopping with a friend of mine and immediately saw everything that I wanted. The jackets they sell are half the price of what they would be at a well known store like Express or Macy’s. I bought a grey leather jacket, a cardigan, and a grey sweater. I spent under $ 200 compared to last years shopping nightmare at Metro Park when I spent $ 150 on a leather jacket that faded in 3 months.
I was not only loving the clothes, but the customer service as well. One of the employees stood out to me in a heart beat. I still remember his name, Maurice. He was folding clothes and dancing to the song «Forever» by Chris Brown. He was great at dancing and helping me out. He told me and my friend about the discounts, newest styles, and even gave us advice about what he thought would look good at us. He was like a personal clothing stylist for me. I was definitely convinced to buy clothes another time, and I did. About two weeks later I went back and received the same treatment from another employee. Overall, the store has great customer service and great clothes at a reasonable, if not great price. I definitely recommend customers to shop at Foreign Exchange.

pretty much like f21 but the items here are priced higher. you would think their quality would be better, but not so. the materials that the clothes are made of are pretty poor in quality. my prediction is that this store will end up like metropark if they dont change their prices to reflect the quality of their goods.

3.5 rating… sort of a mix between forever 21, metro park and Stella. Moderately priced. And they carry men’s clothes as well.
I agree with the first reviewer, and will start by saying the quality is cheap on MOST things in this store. However, I did have some luck finding cute pants and tops for work, as well as some fun spring dresses. Great accessories too. They do carry a few boutiqueish kinda brands that are on the pricey side, but you can count on quality with those items.
The sale section in the back had some good finds and tees/​hoodies/​sweats that are great for basics or workout clothes.
The employees are very friendly and helpful.
I must say, it is nice to have a new store in the shitty fashion fair mall with some more options. But I am still yearning for an H & M…*sigh*…maybe some day.

Even though I used to work here I am going to be completely honest.
In terms of customer service it’s hard to really tell you since I was an employee and obviously other employees will treat you differently than just a normal customer.
In terms of clothing. They definitely have a great and large selection for women. Lots of cute basics and good deals. In the beginning there was a Buy 1 Get 1 Free. What’s the catch? Oh let’s just say their clothing is super cheap quality. I will say I bought 2 infinity knit scarves that I still love to this day. But my favorite basic hoodie I got, after 2 washes is already getting nasty little lint balls on it. Not just lint balls, but the one’s that are created from the surface of the fabric and makes it really hard to just lint it off with a roller. Same with my favorite black cardigan. after 1 or 2 washes same thing happened. I guess prices are cheap for a reason.
I do have a lot of favorites from this store, but quality is just really bad. Like it really pains me that my favorite cardigan and hoodie are getting so jacked up so quickly. I guess just try to wash it the least amount as possible.
