Heard the doctors and nurses (though some stares) were polite and nice. It seems that there were no reasons for the wait time other than psychological.

The lab tech would not listen to me when I told her I have thin veins and decided to try and draw blood with a traditional needle… SEVEN pokes later she found one she could use, but pulled the needle out too soon and ended up spilling my own blood all over me. By this time Im in tears about to have a panic attack, she says its my fault and gets really mean and rude. This was a while ago and I still have bruises one of which is getting bigger each day. The least they can do is show some compassion when their patient is bleeding and sobbing. No bedside manner at all. Looking in to filing a complaint to their main office.
