I just bought my sons bike from here a few days ago and got wonderful service. The guys were so helpful and patient. We love the new bike and will definitely go back to buy more from them in the future. They have a nice show room with lots of bikes to choose from. Overall was a great experience for us!

When is the owner going to give me my money or my bike. I have him cash in March and reported him to the BBB

Service was absolutely terrible. Guy at the front was ready to go home. This place is expensive and prices are not reasonable. Will not return or recommend.

I researched Bikes for about a week and had narrowed my choices to about 6 or 7 models at 3 Other bike shops and at REI sporting goods. A good friend suggested I also check out Fresno Schwinn, which I hadn’t considered because I wasn’t interested in a Schwinn. So two Fridays ago I hit the road in search of a nice«hybrid» or «urban» bike for a decent price – not a Walmart special but also not something made out of Unobtanium and priced higher than my first new car. I checked out Fresno Schwinn first and was glad to see at least three other brands besides Schwinn. The guys there were really helpful as far as helping me decide on frame sizes and such and were happy to give me firm OTD(out the door) prices for a couple of models with the added equipment I wanted(heavy duty tubes and anti– puncture tire liners, rear rack, and rear cargo basket. I left and checked out two other bike shops, both of which were North Of Herndon. The folks at these shops were fine and helpful, but their pricing was about $ 80 – 110 more for bikes comparable to those I’d shopped at Fresno Schwinn. I went back to Fresno Schwinn and bought my new Raleigh hybrid/urban bike, with the extras I wanted added on, to be picked up the next day. I’ve had absolutely no problems – my bike was perfectly set up and adjusted when I picked it up, and Fresno Schwinn gives their customers a free annual tune up for as long as they own the bike. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

I come in regularly to have my flats fixed. I have a Schwinn hybrid. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me fix my own flats and even gave me the tools to do it at no charge. I still bring them my flats because it’s easier that way. Thanks guys!

I give this place a C. I went in to get a tune up and to fix a flat(I got a heavy duty tube instead, I hope.) I was supposed to get a call when it was ready(I was told by Monday) no one ever called. They told me the tune up will have my bikes brakes and stuff checked and that it would be returned to me nice and shiny, they where supposedly going to clean it for me. Came in a week later to pick it up(enough time to make my bike look presentable, right.) I got my bike back looking the same as before, they did get rid of the cricket sound my bike was making. The replaced tube had a smaller(whatever you call that gold looking piece you put the air into, that sticks out of the rim) I didn’t ask them to clean my bike even though I thought that’s what I paid the 60 something dollars for. when I bought the green slime for my tires, my husband asked if he could use their air. They offered to do it for us. Overall, the customer service was good, green slime is in my tires and the Cricket sound is gone.

Helpful & knowledgable staff. Kris did a great job in addressing my needs and concerns. Even offered to stay late. I was sold on a nice GT series 3 at the right price! Highly recommended!

Greeted by owner’s son, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of bikes and within a price affordable price range. In fact, bought a high quality bike for less than $ 400 with tax that sells for much more at other bike stores in town, including Steven’s bicycle. They also had a high quality«starter» mountain bike for $ 315, as well as a bike of the week. Test rode two bikes, in and out in 30 mins because of the quality products, store layout, and knowledgeable staff. All new bike purchases also come with free lifetime maintenance. Make the trip, travel south of Herndon for better prices and service.

January 2012 I visited Fresno Schwinn for a new bike seat and some minor adjustments. I believe his name is Chris that helped me beyond the call of duty. He was so nice and thorough. Even if I had not made purchases this young man would have been just as helpful. I appreciate excellent customer service and that’s what you get at Fresno Schwinn on Ashlan in Fresno. Lindy

Went in to look at and talk bikes, new and to ask about the value of an 09 madison. Went in was really put off by SOOO many non Schwinns in there. Then I heard it. some random guy arguing LOUDLY back and forth with the shop worker(probably the owner) about loan modifications. They were getting loud and angry as they hassled back and forth. never was I greeted or spoken to, I was standing around looking at mid range bikes for about 10 minutes. VERY unprofessional.
