Functional Integrated Therapy

This is a personal review (or critique based on my 1^st Ammendment’s rights to freedom of speech under the US Constitution) and which is based on a good number of hurts, disappointments and examples of flat out medical malpractice on the part of their once-​a-​week «healthcare professional» Prather, CA arm of this medical practice. The Prather facility goes by the same name as the facility in Fresno otherwise referred to as «Functional Integrated Therapies» or «FIT». Tthe resident nurse prationer who practices there (whose name I will not publish) appears to be willing to consciously and purposefully engage in denial of essential mecical services and engages in what could only be characterized as hostile retributions and/​or overt retaliations for reasons that are completely unknown and not understood. I truly don’t know what’s behind this nurse practioner’s apparent irrational attitudes and behaviors but I surmise it may have something to do with my having asked a few pointed yet innocent yet important questions about the way they do businss, their charges and, most of all, their past incompetent receptionists who failed to perform even the simplest of requested services such as referrals to other doctors. One example of denial of service takes the form of her refusing to order urgently needed prescription refills for me or even provide a requested form for transferring medical records to another medical services provider!!! My relationship with this medical services office has resulted in my being forced to threaten legal action against them for what appears to be the worst example of conscious (malicious) and intentional denial of services and medical malpractice. If you need medical services I urge you not to ask questions about their quality of care or billing practices or you may suffer the same sort of services denials indignities as have I. Good luck if you go there!

Great providers who do more than your average chiropractor and physical therapist and dr. Wilson couldn’t be kinder! Great staff and very welcoming.

Don’t do it. They want you to make another appointment upon leaving each visit. Twice I told them I’d call them to makeup next visit time. Well they put me on the schedule themselves and when I did not show up they tried to charge me for a no show. I didn’t make the appointment. They did, what is up with that? Secondly, they are horrible coders. The insurance company has kicked out bills on four seperate occasions due to the description code they submitted… Constantly insisting I had a specific I jury. I went there for chronic pain and there was not an accident or date of injury. They have caused much turmoil on my household. Consider yourself warned. Don’t do it. I’ve been fighting this mess for a year plus have not stepped foot in that office. for a year… and it still is not settled. Don’t do it!

Clean, fast and friendly staff! I highly recommend Dr. Brent Wilson he’s very professional and personable!
