Giving this GameStop 5 stars because of Vince. He’s always helpful and knows what he is talking about. I always try to go when he is there because I don’t want to deal with the other people. I tell my friends to always come to this one. Nothing bad to report about this place.

Well it’s a GameStop, I don’t know what people expect from this place. Personally, this location has been my ‘go-​to store’ since day 1. My experiences here have been awesome, the workers (especially Gianna) kick ass! They’re very friendly and welcoming to me, I’ve purchased all my consoles and games from this location. It’s conveniently located behind my house and have never had an issue getting my PS3, PS4 or anything else on launch day. I’ll always return back here because I’ve always had the chance to get what I’ve wanted with no issues, so for me, this place gets 5 stars.

HORRIBLE service. It took ~20−30 min to get through 3 customers in front of me. Furthermore, the transactions of those in front of me were simple: they were purchasing a game. Second, the customer service is well below par (and that is putting it nicely). Thomas and manager Vincent are both horrible. When dealing with them, I felt as though they were annoyed with the fact that I was in there to do business with them. I felt as though both Thomas and Vincent were disrespectful and I will not do business with them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAMESTOP!!!

Worst service ever. Staff is incompetent. Quoted a price over the phone and then change it after standing in line for over 30 minutes. Worst service ever. Will NEVER give them my business and will tell every single person I know not to use them. Furious. Not even one star but Unilocal forces a rating.

While I dislike GameStop as a company, the employees at this location are wonderful and so fun to talk to. Make your overpriced, preorder pushed, free promotion turned make a purchase (choice of company heads) visit a pleasant one with this location’s friendly service.

My wife purchased xbox live points «money» whatever from here on Christmas Eve for our son to only find out they were not redeemable because per Microsoft it was not inputted into the system therefore the $ 30 in credit was as good as GameStop’s customer service Crap! Because I didn’t have the receipt I’m SOL. Never mind I have bought 3 Xbox 360’s and XboxOne and all kinds of other merchandise they couldn’t honor $ 30 smh… not to mention they are aware of the issue had multiple complaints but it’s Xbox fault I’m done with GameStop!

So, I purchased a game (well, like 6) and a new system from here. One of the games (used) was scratched to where it would not play. Since It was the third one I decided to play, it was obviously past the «30 day guarantee»… so, selling defective merchandise and refusing to exchange it is my real issue with this place. How unethical. End result, you lose? I will purchase my future games from Amazon or another REPUTABLE retailer.

This is by far the smallest gamestop in Fresno. I remember coming to this place when it was called «Funcoland» and I would buy Super Nintendo games! The store manager (I think he’s the store manager) is really nice and always helps my boyfriend and I out whenever we go in there. The only bad thing is because it’s so small they don’t have as many people working there so the lines can get really bad if there’s a popular game that just got released. Other than that, great store, and great staff!
