Something is seriously wrong with this business. I have been trying to work with Global Heating and Air, for over a month, to come out and fix my AC. Today was the SECOND time I’ve had to miss work because they promised to come out and help me. I didn’t find these people on my own (they were «assigned» to us by my warranty company)… there is no way that I would recommend them to anyone. Please do not waste your time with Global Heating And Air. This is crazy…
I guess I have to put at least one start to even submit this post. They don’t even deserve that.

Came in during his stated time frame during a busy heat wave, had the parts on hand to fix it, was courteous & took time to explain what happened to me and tell me how to best maintain my system.
