Gold Diggers

Worked here with a few friends for one night. The most rude people I have ever encountered out of all the strip clubs I’ve ever been to work here. Bouncers and the management were horribly unpleasant. I will never go back.

Well it’s fresno people nothing special. Most of the entertainers here have kids so their bodies aren’t perfect and some of the girls are pretty bomb. This place is literally in the middle of nowhere so bring your navigation system. Drinks are overpriced like any other bar and dances aren’t so private the back is open really, a good place to spend free time and see some boobs. I mean it’s fresno…

Maybe it’s just because I got back from Vegas but this place was dirty. Pulled up and thought it was an outhouse. They’re staff at check in are dressed up with patches and badges. Must want to be actual cops. As we walked in the bar, I thought it looked liked Double Deuce and all but two of the strippers there were double deuce. So we order drinks from a very very nice waitress. I’m a light weight and cheap drunk so I was bummed after drinking two full glasses of a mixed drink and nothing. It was to watered down or wasn’t even a mixed drink. Maybe it’s because I went with my girl but the strippers don’t socialize unless it’s straight to the v.i.p. lounge area after being blunt on asking if u want a lap dance. There was one latina stripper with a flower headband who just started working there and she was good. Can’t remember the name but she fixed the night. The bouncers do not understand how to communicate with the guests. My advice is to go after 12:30 because the strippers relax more because of either drinking to much or trying to make more!

I was passing thru Fresno and stopped in to this place. This place might be for somebody but it was not for me. Too many unnecessary rules. I tipped the dancer 4 dollars and after her dance she began to tell me that I must tip 1 dollar. I told her to look at the money she’s picking up. She responded, «you must tip after the dance too.» Then said, «I don’t want you to get in trouble (in a simi threatening manner, as if someone would do something to me later if I didn’t obey).»
I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy nagging women at a topless bar. That’s what I came to get away from.

I loved it. Best happy hour in town, ten dollar buckets of beer. Shot 350. The girls are really nice and acted like normal people. Dolly is the beautiful 23 year old girl that is an artist and a baker with the most amazing eyes. Tell her Brian said hi.

Best strip club of fresno! Girls are beautiful and know what they are doing on that pole! Haha :) i wouldn’t judge a book by its cover! Inside looks good even thought the outside looks kinda scary. I went for my birthday with my girls and we all had a blast! Everyone was super nice and bartenders were friendly. A+ gold diggers :)

Was pleasantly surprised. By some of the negative reviews, I have to wonder what other places (within California) they’ve been to. «Trashy on the outside», sure. But I’ve never been to a club that wasn’t.
It’s the first club I’ve been to in California where you actually do stick the tip into various straps of whatever skimpy outfit they’re wearing. After each song, they’ll make their rounds around the stage and invite you to stick your bill somewhere (please be sure you do… tipping is not optional, here or anywhere, when you sit at the stage, and I’m informed you will get thrown out if you refuse to tip — though of course they’ll warn new folks first).
As with any club, the girls’ looks vary (and I went on a Sunday night, which tends not to be when clubs put out the cream of the crop), and some of the ones who aren’t the hottest to look at, make up to some degree by how they use what they’ve got.
The girls are friendly, with each other and with the customers, and the most shocking thing about my visit is that they don’t hard-​sell the private dances. Quite the contrary! I’m used to the girls asking everyone at the stage, individually, if they want a dance. None of them did this. The only time I was asked was when I was away from the stage, at the bar, looking like I was looking for a dance. So, if you came for a private dance, be sure to do the asking yourself (what a refreshing turn!)
I had some great conversation and excellent dances from Alex, who has a gorgeous body and a mind to match.
And of course, since it’s a topless bar and not full-​nude, alcohol is served. I didn’t pay much mind to it this trip, as I’d already had a drink elsewhere before I came. I saw a lot of Coronas around and not much else, so I couldn’t even tell you if there were other options. I know they don’t serve coffee, but they have those Starbucks frappuccinos.
The cover charge was cheap, and they gave me a coupon for free admission on my next visit. I only danced with Alex, who charged $ 20/​dance; I imagine other dancers charge similarly. They pay a fee to the club for their full shift, and most of them tip the DJ and maybe security. Everything they make after that is theirs. This gives them a great deal of freedom with the dances (they don’t have to rush you out after the end of a song… if they decide they’re giving you a two-​song dance for the price of one, no one’s stopping them. I ended up talking with Alex for a while, in the private dancing area, with her on my lap, which would be unthinkable at other clubs I’ve visited (where the staff is keeping tabs on how many dances are being had, and charging the dancers for each).
Leave your cellphone in your car – possession is not permitted within the club, probably for the protection of the girls’ identities – and be prepared for a patdown before entry. I know it sucks, but they had a shooting in December 2012, so it’s for their safety and yours. (Don’t worry, it was an isolated incident — but I saw it while Googling them before I visited.)

Average for a gentlemans club. The dancers were friendly and even had some talent on stage. BUT! the bar was wack. I ordered 2 top shelf Long Islands for me and the wife, and was charge $ 62 by a rude bartender who demanded i give her a $ 10 tip. Here’s a tip for ya… This aint no high class establishment, so lower your drink prices!

We had a great time. It was my bahelorette party and my group and my fiancé’s group ended up meeting there to finish off the night. I ended up getting in free or really cheap, I cant remember and they had me and my fiancé get on stage for some fun dances with the ladies. We enjoyed it. The girls were all nice and some were extremely hot! Overall good time!

As far as strip clubs in Fresno go, there are only two choices, and between Gold Diggers and City Lights, I choose Gold Diggers every time.
Lets make no mistakes though, Fresno does not like lettings its strip clubs reside in the nice parts of town, so you have to drive all the way to the ghetto to get here. The outside is run down and seedy, and the inside isn’t much better, its also extremely small inside.
The girls are, I think, better than the ones at City Lights. There are always some really hot girls working, and the rest are are varying degrees of good looking and average. I have always had a positive experience here, and everyone is always pretty friendly.
The bar is perhaps one of the biggest downfalls of this place, it takes forever to get a drink, even with the smallest of lines. Last night I had to wait 10 minutes to get a pitcher of beer. There were only 2 people in front of me, and there were 2 bartenders on duty.
All in all its the best choice in town if you want to go to a strip club.

Gone 3 – 4 times in groups of 6 or more. Had fun! Outside is trashy, unsafe look. But what ever! Strippers-​some very ugly, some bangin hot. one time a waiter told me I should buy him a drink! I gave him the weirdest look! I don’t buy drinks for guys! Psh! Fool was still working! Ghetto! But it was funny! Had a good laugh. That’s all that matters!
