Since the Manager/​Supervisor Kathy Kirklin was assigned to take over and stabilize the property, I’ve never seen nor new someone to work so hard in the business to clean up a property that once consisted of drug addicts, drug dealers, gang members, squatters, homeless, mis-​conduct from residence thinking they are entitled to pay their rent late or whenever they want and break promissory notes and then bully management because they are given a notice or calls regarding non-​payment. It’s unfortunate some people don’t take responsibility for their actions nor do they realize the rules to «cause and affect» logic. I also wanted to say the Maintenance crew is truly amazing they go over and beyond to get the job done. It is now a quiet community with lots of friendly residence! I am the assistant manager/​leasing agent and Kathy’s daughter. I have had the privilege of getting trained by the best and have spoke with many mother/​daughter assistant mgr/​Mgr– Supervisors and it truly takes a good mother/​daughter relationship to do this not all can and I am truly blessed beyond words…

My Experience living there is the manager Kathy Kirkland is no good. She doesn’t listen to tenants and has hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to speak to her. All she cares about is adding extra charges and getting more money for the owners. There is never any hot water due to the main rear water heaters going bad, which supplies the entire back half of the apartments. They claim they are fixing it but I was there The entire time through out my year lease and every week we either had no hot water for days or no water due to them shutting it off for a temporary quick fix. In the summer they refused to add freon to the AC and make you wait until the end of July for PGE to do it for free to all the units. So your AC does not work at all. Meanwhile you need to deal with Fresno’s hot summer days and night which as you know Fresno can reach 110. The manager won’t answer her phone and when you try to go above her and speak to the owner, she harasses you with multiple notes on your door and phone calls to your work stating she is the only point of contact for any issue, especially is you have an issue with her. Which everyone does due to her bad attitude and money hungry greediness. It was a very frustrating year for me living there. The place is infested with roaches and they promise to professionally spray which they never do. I will never recommend living there for anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Per the managers own words «I am a queen and this is my empire». So think real hard if living there is worth your hard earned money.
