Greystone Apartments

I’ve lived here since these apartments opened. The first time my addendum came up I looked for a cheaper apartment with no luck. This is the second time my addendum is being renewed and I have been looking alllll over Fresno and Clovis for a cheaper apartment. Let me tell you this place is so worth the money. I’ve probably looked at every place in Fresno and nothing meets my (probably too high) standards. When I finally thought I found a cheaper apartment that I could settle for (stonegate) I was sadly mistaken. I received the same treatment here as I have in other leasing offices but worse. Rude staff, I can’t get answers to my questions (such as about deposits etc) and NOTHING is as it appears. At greystone I’ve seen a few different office people come and go but they have all been great. So friendly and welcoming, more than happy to give you information upfront and answer any questions. I live in a quiet gated community super close to my job. Occasionally I can hear trains and I would say that’s the ONLY inconvenience. The flowers are beautiful. There is security. A «cleaning lady» that cleans up the grounds. I have a washer and dryer and granite countertops and a huge 1 br apartment. I’m not living on top of a noisy garage or next to the loud freeway. I love the area I live in and so worth the money.
