I Love Hancock Fabrics because they are always having sales and have really cute craft supplies and home décor. Their Parisienne selection is perfect and reasonably priced!

The prices are much better than at Michael’s so a definite A-Okay there. They carry a lot of different items for sewing and such, and I’m sure much more, I didn’t stay for long because the atmosphere in this place is just dead. It’s clean, and there’s sort of music playing, but it feels that the store has just given up or something. The cashier(with her two sharpie-lined eyebrows) when I went there, was so obviously not happy to be there at all. In fact, her scowl just made me want to kill myself.

Fresno doesn’t have very many exclusive fabric stores. Hancock gets the job done. They don’t have as many sales as big box craft stores but you can usually find what you need.

Really big store so it can be a little confusing when you are looking for something small. Lucky for me, the thread is right next to the entrance. The thread is a little pricier than stores such as Target, but this thread was quality stuff. It seems they had a 50% off sale when I was there on things all over the store, but I didn’t buy anything else. The staff was friendly, too.
