Bought some pjs at Disneyland and they forgot to take the security tag off. I came here in a desperate attempt to remove it and Tristan did everything in her power to help me including calling her sister for advice, all while on her break. It was a no go, but I appreciated her help and great attitude!

A nice girl tried to help me find the items I was looking for, but seemed to be new and had to keep running up front to ask. I’ll give her an A for effort. The young girl at register ignored me, took a phone call, did not acknowledge my presence until she finished her long phone call.

Haven’t been to this place in couple years, but sometimes it seems like you can only find certain things here. Store was clean and staff was nice. They knew exactly where stuff was in store and cashiers actually kept track of who’s been waiting and is next. I was in and out fast, slipped my mind how low prices were. Cashier asked If I had coupons, I was like none necessary. Don’t forget large parking lot sale starts this Friday(3−7−14).

Ok. The staff was friendly and did try to help me. I had an item that had been given to me($ 4.99). I did not have a receipt as I did not purchase the item. I did want to exchange it for something that would work(and most likely cost more). I was at first told I absolutely could not do that without a receipt. Then a manager was called. After explaining again that it was a gift and I only wanted to exchange it I was still told they can’t. After questioning this policy and giving my opinion that it appeared to be rather short-sighted… Would they rather lose a customer? The extra money spent? And the bad reviews that would come from everyone I spoke with, Unilocaled it to and they spoke with, etc… The manager relented and did allow me to exchange the item. I ended up spending more money, bought something extra and will return in the future. So 4 stars for going outside of the box and keeping a customer.
