I happened to find this store from an article in the Fresno Bee and thought I would visit the store. I was looking for a pair of dressy shoes to wear for a wedding and I went to the right place! the young lady who assisted me was so helpful all I had to do was tell her what I was looking for and she brought out different styles for me to try on with and without my orthotic, I found the perfect pair and walked out a happy customer, I will share with family and friends it was such a good experience. kudos to the young lady who helped me she is an asset to this business very knowledgably and professional… Thank you again…

Heart and Sole is a beautiful shoe store! The brands of shoes they carry are very high quality, stylish, and reasonably priced. I had the honor of being assisted by the owner, Lisa, and she and her staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have large feet for a woman, and Lisa was able to find me a pair of shoes that fit wonderfully and were very comfortable. The store carries stylish shoes that also provide orthopedic support, so not only are you going to find fashionable shoes and boots, you’re going to have happy feet while wearing them. When was the last time you were able to pull a brand new pair of flats out of the box, wear them for 12 hours, and not experience«new shoe redness and blisters»? Buy your shoes from Heart and Sole and you will never experience the pain caused by new shoes again. I’ll be back, and next time I’m bringing friends!

Nice shoe store in Fig Garden Village. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They carried higher quality women’s comfort shoes and boots.(Really nice boots) They just started carrying men’s shoes. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice surprise gift for the wife.

I left a tip. Wish I had a better experience. The sales clerk was nice and helpful. I was the ONLY patron in the store, and she was the only person to greet me. There were 2 others in the store, and it seemed they did everything to avoid speaking with me. I did find a pair of shoes, thanks to the clerk. Zero input from the woman who seemed to be the buyer. I’m always looking for comfort shoes because of the type of work I do. And, I thought I’d found a place down here in the valley. I didn’t. Anywho… I won’t return.
