Howard’s Pest Control

Ew. I noticed rat droppings throughout our attic and garage so I freaked out and called Howard’s Pest Control. They sent someone out immediately. Thank you for helping me.

Howard’s Pest Control always has done a great job at taking care of our pest control and termite needs. I would highly recommend this company to any of our friends and family.

Service and follow-​through is by the worst I have seen in Fresno (I am a transplant and can not believe how horrible the CS is in this town.)
–Howard’s Pest Control never leaves a notice confirming service.
–If you ask if a technician has been by to provide full service — they state yes. However, a confirmation is not left behind. However, when you call, the front desk staff always tell you that the technician is required to do so.
–Also, a phone call regarding next day service is received the «night» before. For some one who leaves town often for work, that is not enough time to leave behind a key to enter the property so that the service you are paying them for is complete.
I have called on several occasions with complaints and I know for a fact that full-​service was not complete for this one reason — without a key to enter the back yard… you can not spray both front and backyard. They apparently guarantee that they can re-​apply the pesticide if you are not satisfied however they never have open appointments therefore they delay this «guarantee» until your next scheduled monthly service.
For any one seeking pest control service — I would advise that you spray your own house rather than hire Howard’s Pest Control. They by far have the worst service, do not bill the customer for the service you contracted them to do, and do not return phone calls when they state they will (which applies to the front desk staff).
I will probably file a complaint with the BBS for inaccurate billing.

Hands down this is the worst pest control company I have seen thus far. Unfortunately this is the company my work uses. It has to be solely because they are cheap but we are all convinced they are spraying roach FOOD not roach KILLER. Never once have any of us seen a dead bug but immediately after they leave there are more bugs than before. Poor customer service and poor results.

Top notch services from folks that know where they’re doing. They are very professional and the pricing is extremely reasonable. The last company we used did the work but were a concern. In fact, our old guy that came out (roof rats in Old Fig ’cause all the trees) was absolutely filthy and his hands were grungy like he never washed them. The rest of him looked and smelled the same. I seriously washed everything that he touched and was concerned about having Bubonic plague left on your door knobs. Wherever he touched a wall, it was dirty!
Howard’s was just the opposite with timely, professionals, who were clean and presentable and wore gloves if needed.
