Will never deal with this company again. Very disorganized, and dishonest. They were nice the first few times and then took our trust for granted. They were charging for parts to fix and AC unit (they we later found out was not even repairable), just tell us we need a new unit instead of racking up nearly $ 1100 in parts and hours! We ended up going with another company who came out and told us exactly what we needed, and what do you know, we have a new working unit! Wish someone would have been competent enough in the beginning to tell us this. And we are still working through our billing issues from this disaster that happened in JUNE. I’ve been told they just haven’t «gotten to it yet». Such a disappointment.

This business was a pleasure to work with. They had competitive prices and terrific customer service. Had no problems, in fact the installers went above and beyond. Curt was prompt when he came to the house for the estimate and was easy to work with. My emails and phone calls were answered quickly and always to my satisfaction. Danny, Joe and Martin were courteous, prompt and careful while completing the installation and the new heating and air conditioning unit is great.

I called JC Melton Air Conditioning after our homeowner’s insurance prompted us to have our furnaces inspected on our new home due to age. Jim was prompt, courteous and incredibly knowledgable. He found health & safety hazards missed by previous inspections and had photo documentation for our home warranty company. They were also way more reasonably priced than some of the other big companies in town (by about half!). I would definitely recommend and plan to continue working with them in the future!

They charge me over $ 1000 to repair my AC and after one year I got the same problem. Will not recommend.

It is really hard to find people who you can trust to come into your home to fix something. That is why I am so happy to have found Melton Air Conditioning! They were respectful, fast, and funny. I would recommend them to anyone!
