This place was seemingly nice at first. Very friendly employees. The food was pretty good as well. Aside from the fact that I got almost no fries in my munchie meal. And my coffee was room temperature. And also had no sugar or cream even though I asked. Would not go to this place ever again.

This is my neighborhood and I would really like to have a decent fast food place to run off to every once in awhile. The last 3 times I have been in their dining room I have come away saying«won’t go back» but since its close to home my family and I have… they are usually under-staffed. I have been in there when only 2 workers were trying to handle cooking, cashiering, re-stocking and drive thru too.(their drive thru is pretty busy) Every time my family and I have been inside, the wait for our food is over 5 minutes, closer to 10 minutes. What is «fast food» about that??? When I order special flavors of shakes, I always ask for no whipped crème. 2 of the last 3 orders have been brought to the counter with the sprayed foam and they had to re-do it. My husband and I usually order something other than fries and we either get basic fries or the item we ordered simply was not delivered on our tray at all— its always a bit of an argument with the person at the cash register to get what we paid for. I have wittnessed many other customers get incorrect or incomplete orders too. This location usually has a variety of homeless/borderline homeless people come in to order with barely enough change; its absolutely heartbreaking to observe people in such a situation not get what they paid for. We have learned to check our whole bag of food when we just go thru the drive-thru. The window worker always asks us to move forward but we don’t, because its a big, big, big argument if the order is incomplete.

Slow. They are constantly forget things. They even left the onion ring out of my burger. And last night we found a hair in our food!!! Last time I go here. I will drive out of my way next time I want Jack In The Box.

When it comes to most fast food, expectations should be set rather low to begin with, but one experience at this particular Jack In The Box made me want to write a review. The employees are usually rather friendly and accommodating here, and I do like the double menu(when using the drive-thru, you can pull up to an external menu before actually putting your car in the queue). But the burger. OHMYGODTHEBURGER. It was the most wretched thing ever bagged and tagged and passed through a sliding glass window(and like I said, expectations shouldn’t be so high). I decided to try The Big Cheesy Bacon(yes, the one with a hockey puck of fried cheese in the center). In this one instance, the bun was actually burnt, the cheese puck was cold, and the meat patty was cooked beyond all semblance of actual food. I think this is the Universe tapping me firmly on the shoulder saying, «I don’t CARE if it’s convenient, I don’t CARE if you’re so hungry you could eat a yak, you need to not visit fast food drive-thrus anymore.» Thank you, Universe, I’m half-heartedly listening.

I’m here today to get my free meal given to me by the store manager for a previous bad experience. Although my earlier drive thru experience made me not want to come to this location, I couldn’t pass a free meal. I filled out the survey on the receipt after I left the night of my bad time. I left my # on the survey to be contacted. The store manager contacted me a few days later to apologize & correct the issue. I received my free meal, although I didn’t get the size French fry that is standard with the meal it was still free. I probably still will not visit again only for the fact that I see maybe more than a few employees need customer service training minus the store manager.
