Jamba Juice

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember, and I have always loved it. There is an extremely vast selection of smoothies, juices, and snacks, and I’ve yet to have something I didn’t like. The icing on the cake is the customer service; utterly fantastic.

It’s what I expected. A California classic.
Price: It’s good, and has always been reasonable. Most smoothies will run you about $ 4 – 6 maybe more if you want to go nuts.
Food Quality/​Quantity: Jamba Juice is, and always will be, one of the best products ever conceived by man. There isn’t a single smoothie on their menu that isn’t tasty. Even the ones that look weird (i.e. anything green) taste phenomenal. As for quantity the smoothie comes in a cup that’s a bit bigger than what you expect to get. I got the small which is more wide than tall, so it was a bit more than what I was expecting. And of course I haven’t gotten sick! So there’s the all important criteria that this place met.
Service: It was good. There was absolutely no problems whatsoever. The guy taking my my order cracked a cheesy joke, but I have a soft spot for cheesy jokes so no harm no foul. The orders were taken, the food prepared, and then given to me in a timely manner. I waited for maybe 6 minutes, and I enjoyed all of it. The service ran like clockwork, and that’s really all I desire in a restaurant or small shop.
Jamba Juice is good, and anyone who says differently has no right to call themselves a Californian let alone an American.

It’s stuff you could blend at home, but you don’t have to. Pretty fast and they will make changes for you, I appreciate that.

I’m disappointed to say i had the worst experience here this morning, Monday January 25^th two girls were working and they were awful! the two customers had issues as well one got charged twice and the girls just said «oh» the other customer had a coupon and had to remind cashier. Me well i ordered the acai primo bowl which i always get the acai is so watery and it suppose to be thick, the whole banana was brown. Very disappointed in the Palm and Shaw J Jamba Juice and i will NOT be back!

I used to frequent this place back when I was in high school and before they got all fancy with new menu items. Obviously businesses need to expand and try new things. I walked in and really didn’t know what to order. They had a whole new menu with some of the older original smoothies. I’m sure you could ask for any of their old drinks if they had the ingredients and someone who knew how to make it because I know they had a secret menu. A lot of the newer drinks sounded pretty good. I did like that they had drinks with all fruit (no yogurt, etc) and some fruit and veggie smoothies.
I opted for the all fruit Pomegranate Paradise smoothie. I got a small because I’m more aware to the fact that these smoothies are more like meal replacements. I used to get a medium smoothie and a bagel with cream cheese at the Uncle Harry’s a few doors down for breakfast many times in high school. I felt like one of those old people who complain about price increases and ready to give an «in my day…» speech when I realized how much a smoothie cost. All of the small smoothies cost around $ 5. I remember a small being under $ 4. I’m also unclear on the whole boost situation. That seems to have changed as well. When I was being rang up, the girl asked if I wanted a boost, and I kinda quickly scanned to find the area listing the boosts and found a sign near the register with a couple of prices. They used to always ask me, «Would you like a free boost?» I didn’t hear the magic word so I declined. To be honest I don’t remember anything special from when I used to get the free boosts. If anything the only thing I ever noticed was an altered taste to the smoothie.
The employees were nice and friendly and my smoothie tasted refreshing and hit the spot. But there were a bunch of frozen mango bits at the bottom that were 3x too big to fit through the straw when I got to the end of my smoothie.

Jamba has great costumer service.

By far, hands down, the best JJ I’ve been to… in years!!! Being a former JJ employee myself (over 10 years ago), it gets 100% from me. Clean store, great management, nice and welcoming team members and they’ve made my drink perfect each time so far. I have been to my fair share of JJ locations, at least in the Bay Area, and nothing compares to this store. Fresno in general have really nice people and every JJ I’ve been to in Fresno, service has never disappointed me. But this location has made my favorite smoothy the BEST: peanut butter Moo’d sub bananas with strawberries.

Razzmatazz is one of the best items on the menu! Great selection! Go try if u haven’t!

I’ve been coming to JJ for years. Always delicious and never a complaint. Today I’m trying the all fruit juice — Orange Reviver!

Walked in at the right time ! No line and I had my smoothie in less than 5 minutes. Service was friendly. And the courtyard right outside with the water feature is hard to beat !!

Very little inside seating but there are a couple outdoor tables next to a nice water fountain, if you like the sound and idea of running water while you drink lol. They have a bathroom inside though ;)

I like to err on the higher side of average when I review a place like this. If I come in and I get my drink within 10 minutes of being there, then it’s a pretty solid experience. Even with a crowd, I’ve never had to wait, and this does tend to be one of the busier Jamba Juices around. Also, they’ve given me those buy one, get one surveys that they have lying around when I ask for them, which counts as good customer service to me.

I love coming here in the summer to get a smoothie… strawberry tsunami (surfrider) all the way!!! The prices are a bit high, but if you don’t get them every day it’s affordable.

Doesn’t matter what time you get here, you’re going to wait. And is it just me or does every smoothie taste like there is a boost in it! Maybe they knew that I needed a femme boost, but maybe it just taste chalky.
I still like them, but I think Juices Wild, or Planet Smoothie is better. They’re a little cheaper too, huh?
