I have been coming here for live bait ever since I was a kid. Unfortunately, with new management things just haven’t been the same. Everything is twice the price it used to be and customer service is non-​existent. If you ask for something specific, the owner or the son will rudely say no without even looking at you. The previous owners were always willing to help and give a discount if they knew their baits were old or sub-​par.
On a more personal note, the previous owners recognized me as a regular and always talked to me as a friend as opposed to as a customer. That, I feel, is the essence of a small privately owned shop. Now I understand it takes time to recognize regulars, but over the past year, the new owners hardly even look at me when I walk in. To top it off, I have yet to hear even a thank you post-​purchase.
Everything considered, I will be looking for a new bait shop. Highly disappointed.

So came here one time just for a soda and for the b/​f to get some and check out the tackel and bait (this place provides it surprisingly). Whoa lordy! You could smell the stench, the smell was horrible. The store was laid out like a typical liquor store, with a side deli and tackle and bait area. The thing is you can definitely buy stuff in containers and bottles but I wouldnt suggest buying deli nor food products, crickets and worms are in the same general area. Some crickets were even on the floor or on top of stuff. Ewwww…
