This evening I got my bottom two wisdom tooth pulled out. Over all my experience went well. I was really nervous due to watching too many YouTube videos but beside that my extraction went by really fast. It took about 45 minutes from numbing to my the last tooth.
My personal opinion, I think the numbing shot should of been stronger. On my right side, while he had my gum cut already I felt a really sharp pain. Maybe because the numbing shot didn’t hit the nerves at the bottom of my wisdom tooth. He had to reshoot my gum. After that I didn’t feel anything pain any more.
My left side, same thing happened but this time he shot me two times instead of one time. After the first shot, I still felted a really sharp pain. He then shot me again but this time when he shot me… OMG I felt that needle go down deep to my wisdom root. It was REALLY painful. «I think that was the worst or the most and painfullest part throughout this experience.» After that I didn’t feel a thing.
Dr. Alzate, is fast and nice plus the assistant was nice also. I would recommend. thanks guys.

This is the most incompetent staff i have ever dealt with! After working and managing a dental office for 5 years prior to changing careers. Please trust me and find somewhere else for your dental needs. Here is why:
1. Cancelled my scheduled appointments 2 separate times once I was in the office! My time matters I left work to be there for them to say they couldn’t see me due to their scheduling errors!
2. Lack of follow through by Jack the financial coordinator who btw knows nothing about treatment plans and presenting plans to patients I left confused and frustrated and this was my profession for 5 years!
3. Nobody bothered to call! multiple people from the assistant to the front office said they would when my case was back from the lab! 3 weeks went by and I had to call them.
4. I decided to find a new dentist and requested a refund again Jack called and said he was going to process my request and call me back. The following week I had to call Jack again and confirm if this was taken care of.
My advice to anyone reading this: find someone else to see for your dental needs ! This place had no professionalism what so ever! I am floored by the lack of unwilling to do what’s best for the patient! I wish I could give them zero stars but didn’t have that option!

Sorry but I do not go to dentists to get a sales job. I do not like to get the upsell on services. It seemed that everything my insurance covered at 100% there was just this one more thing that they recommended that was not covered. It’s a different feel when you are in a sales office/​dentist vs a dentist in the medical profession. On the upside it is very clean and state of the art. It is a little strange too to have your blood pressure taken at the dentist.

Dr Alzate is the best! Great office staff willing to work with you and treat you like family. I now enjoy coming to a dentist!
