Very happily surprised. Order the chicken salad fetoush. Since everything is fresh she said it would take 10 min. I ran a quick errand and came back and it was ready! My husband and I enjoyed two great salads! I will definitely come again!

I heard a rumor from the staff at the restaurant next door to this one that Kabob Corner was shut down by health/food safety inspectors. If it’s still open, do NOTEATHERE!!! It may not be safe!!! You couldn’t pay me to eat this sketchy stuff!

The first mediterranean fast food drive thru in Fresno, and the food is not bad, just don’t expect gourmet quality or out of this world taste — think of it like the«in and out» of Mediterranean food. The high points is the convenience of ordering online, picking it up at the drive thru, the food is freshly made, the affordable price(under $ 6 meals) and lastly the generous portion of the food. While the low points of this place is the overall taste, its not nearly as good as other mediterranean restaurants in Fresno. They also do offer food delivery option if you order on eat24 via Unilocal. This is a drive thru only place, so there isn’t a sit down option. They do offer online ordering, its really convenient and you don’t have to pay online, you can pay while you pick it up– therefore charge cards are unnecessary when ordering online. I would suggest ordering 15 minutes before going so that the food would be ready when you arrive to pick it up. I ordered the Combo Kebab for $ 9.95. The overall meal was not bad but was not perfect or amazing. Firstly the chicken and beef was not moist and juicy, was slightly on the dry side, but big chunks, the season for the meat was delicious though. Next the garlic sauce was too garlicky and is not as tasty as other places, its maybe their style, but I prefer my garlic sauce tangy and delicious like other places. Their salad was fresh and crisp, and their dressing was quite nice and simple. Lastly their pilaf rice was on the salty side and not very fluffy and tasty as other rice pilaf I’ve had in Fresno, but it wasn’t bad or anything. The portions was very generous though. Their Baklava $ 1.50, was slightly on the spicy side, and was not made with filo pastry, instead it was made with vermicelli. It was delicious but not one of my favorite baklava Ive tasted in Fresno. Overall this place is a decent mediterranean fast food drive thru, for a budget friendly meal, and good portion, definitely not the tastiest Mediterranean food in Fresno.

I love their kabob! The sauce and rice it comes with are always so delicious and the veggies with the bowls are awesome. It does take a long time for them to get orders out around lunch but it’s worth the wait. The cashier is always really nice too!

Food was bland. Ordered a chicken kabob plate at $ 8.95 and a side of hummus. That was also very bland. Lacked salt. Salad was boring, from a bag, dressing was bland. I’m comparing this to Broilers and Phoenician Garden. Those two places are my preferred locations for Mediterranean food. I Won’t be going back to this location. Menu says no microwave but I was standing there and saw the woman working pull something out a contraption that looked very much like a microwave. Was it tolerable yes, did I feel duped yes… Will I return… no.

So yummy! Ordered: Chicken kabob plate $ 10 Chicken was very tender. Some pieces were a little crisp on the outside from the grill, but each bite was moist and soo flavorful on the inside. The rice was moist and went so well with the chicken. The taziki was wonderfully garlicky and the pita soft and fresh. The salad had just the right amount of dressing and wasnt overpowering. One thing that did make me question the establishment was when the person preparing my meal took pieces of the chicken that was already on my rice OFF with her bare hands. Was it old chicken? Fresh chicken and they decided to give me old chicken? Did she find something?! Why?!? Well shortly after they took out some fresh kabobs out of the rotator(?) and my meal was ready. So still not sure what I ate, but it was good.

DONOT!!! DONOT !!! Order gyro sandwich Took two bites and put the rest in the trash… Can’t eat it. Never going back, on my way to Broilers so my taste buds will forgive me… Let’s review what a gyro sandwich is supposed to be… strips of spiced lamb(yes lamb, not beef) that is sliced off a spit piled onto a soft fluffy pita with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and onions. The good ones should have so much delicious, juicy meat on it that you can’t finish it all.

I drove by this little corner shopping area dominated by the Planet Fitness. This eatery is a little drive thru shack. But don’t let the appearance fool you. The food was made to order and it was very quick. $ 10.75 for a combo plate which included chicken and beef, rice, pita bread, hummus, and salad. Mmmmmmmm it was so good. Highly recommend it if you want Mediterranean food.

Hard to know the hours of operation, sign says 7 days a week but numerous times I have gone by and seen nothing. But the food is awesome! Fresh! Yummy! Rice is tender and not overlooked. Chicken not dry and has good flavor. Prices are fair.

I ran a search of places near me & I did«not» expect this place. I was looking for a dine in restaurant & almost drove right past it. There was a piece of plywood covering one side of the exterior of the little building that could use some TLC but I decided to get in line. I waited not long & pulled up to see a very simple Armenian menu, so my choices were basic, which helped me tremendously in deciding. I chose the Hummus, Chicken Fajita Wrap & the Greek Salad. The sweet girl @ the window answered several questions I had about various items & she was extremely patient & kind. It didn’t take very long, considering that the order is freshly made specific to each request, which I would rather do then to be rushed through a fast food place. She bagged everything up & all for less than $ 20 without taking any tips? That’s a good deal! The salad was very tasty & for the size, was well worth it. The hummus, I’m a huge of this anyhow but this w/the pita bread was yummy! The pita was a little over heated but still good. My wrap. Wow! It was a good size. It was really tasty & wasn’t overpowering w/too garlicky of sauce.

I placed an order online through Unilocal and drove 10 minutes there to find that it was not open. It was during normal business hours. Would definitely not go back. I would give it zero stars but it won’t allow me to!

I happened to be out and about today and although I’m trying not to spend unnecessary money these days, I was craving a gyro. I decided to treat myself and go to this strange little kebab hut I’ve driven by a million times but never tried. I ordered the beef(??) gyro wrap because it sounded most similar to what I was looking for. I’ve lived in Fresno for 2.5 years and have yet to find a gyro sandwich that is halfway decent. The ones I grew up with in NJ were huge and delicious. I was fairly certain that I wasn’t going to get one like that, but I figured it couldn’t be that bad. I was wrong. Let’s review what a gyro sandwich is supposed to be… strips of spiced lamb(yes lamb, not beef) that is sliced off a spit piled onto a soft fluffy pita with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and onions(which I never get but that’s besides the point). The good ones should have so much delicious, juicy meat on it that you can’t finish it all. Now let’s talk about what I got… a couple chunks of shredded beef on a flat, chewy pita with some garlic sauce and a side salad dumped on top of it. Does that sound like a gyro to you? Me neither. And it was 8 dollars!!! I can get one of those prewashed bags of salad and a stale piece of bread for about $ 2.50, which I’ll do next time. I’ll sprinkle on a few bacon bits and end up having more meat than what was on this thing. So here I sit with horrible garlic breath after eating my much anticipated, expensive and disappointing lunch, still craving a gyro. I’m sad.

I bought dinner here on Monday and lunch right when they opened at 11am today(forgot to check in). This place has changed themes quite a few times; I believe the last one, before Kabob Corner, was a drive thru sushi joint(um, freshness issue anyone?). Thankfully, Kabob Corner replaced them as the food is delicious and cheaper compared to many of the sit-in restaurants in Fresno. Portions and Quality: On par with the Mediterranean restaurants. I’ve ordered both the Kabob Combo Plate(chicken and beef kabobs) and the Chicken Kabob Plate and both came with a heaping amount of pilaf, hummus, and a salad with vinaigrette dressing. During both of my visits, I also ordered extra hummus, which came with six slices of pita triangles(not peda bread); the hummus is light/fluffy, spicy, and garlicky. However, their beef shawarma sandwich, though pretty big and seasoned well, was stuffed with mostly vegetables; the beef are chunks of kabob, not slices. The food was served hot, which is a definite big plus; as their menu says, «No frozen, no microwave, all fresh.» Prices: Cheaper than many of the other Mediterranean restaurants in Fresno, at least the ones I’ve been to. The Kabob Combo Plate is $ 9, the Chicken Plate was a little over $ 8, their beef shawarma sandwich is around $ 5-$ 6, and the extra hummus with six slices of pita bread is $ 3. For the portions and quality of the food, the prices are definitely worth it. There are a few other items on their menu as well, including lula, lamb plates, gyros, Yalanchi, etc. I’m sure the owners have an actual restaurant — I’ll ask the next time I stop by. Service: The wait time for both orders was an average of 8 minutes. Of course, this depends on whether or not there are a lot of people waiting for their orders. Thus, give yourself at least 15 minutes if you’re here for lunch. The two girls working the drive thru were nice and walked the food over to my car. No complaints at all. I’ll be coming back regularly.

One of their employees came by my workplace to drop off menus a few months back. I was intrigued to find out that they actually deliver($ 20 minimum order). I called in my order and they were very cordial and friendly; said that it would take 15 minutes. The place is really small — looks like it used to be a coffee stand. Anyway, their food was delicious, and there’s something heavenly about their hummus. I always get the Combo Kebab, which comes with beef, chicken, rice pilaf, salad, and some pita bread. The prices are really good too! To summarize: Great food at an awesome price.

Update 11÷2÷15 This place is falling apart. Food quality has gone down the drain! Today was my last time there. Every time we order they always forget something, food never arrives on time. We didn’t complain because their food was good but now it’s starting to suck like their customer service. So sad.

I just ate here for the first time and must say that it was very delicious, it brought back memories of all the other times I’ve enjoyed Mediterranean food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a quick plate of Hot juicy food to quench that appetite.

For a quick place to pick up Mediterranean food, it’s pretty damn good. Definitely enjoyed it. The hummus is good and the sauce that came with the kebob plate. This place is a good stop if you want to avoid the hassle of sitting in a restaurant!
