Dr. was NEVER available, even waited 2 months for appt. with her, for her to no show that day and no one let me know or rescheduled! I have a history of melanoma and this office lost all my pics and mapping. Would NEVER recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Behr for about 4 years now. I have not had ANY negative issues with Dr. Behr or her staff. They are all quite honest and professional about procedures, products and services. If your appointment is booked later in the afternoon, you may have to wait for a while. I have just accepted this. I normally book my appointments for morning. People and the care of people can be unpredictable. I’m sure tardiness, and individual needs is what causes most of the delayed appointment times. DONOT skip your follow-up appointments, especially if you are not satisfied 100% with something. She will make it right and correct any issues(free of charge).

The place is beautiful! The staff is amazing, but the doctor is horrible. Her handshake was limp like she didn’t want to touch me. She was very stand offish. She seemed like she wasn’t interested in what I had to say. I will NEVER go back and I would NEVER recommend her to anyone else!!!

I’ve known Dr. Behr for over 3 years and have always enjoyed visiting with her. She listens to what I have to say and is extremely responsive. She is progressive in the products and services that she offers and is a consummate professional. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Behr. Her results are amazing because she understands the medical side of dermatology which allows her the knowledge to properly apply the cosmetic treatments that she offers. You won’t be disappointed.

Went into Behr office waiting for a friend and the doctor was yelling at two of her employees to the point where they were crying… What professional does that… I asked a black girl at the front desk if this was normal and she just nodded her head sometimes… I decided to pass on setting up an appointment and walked out with my friend… I asked him if he heard the Dr. Yelling and he said yeah… It’s not the first time… Sorry but, not my place to do business with…

The office was clean and efficient! No wait time! =) It was a skin check up from previous pre cancer spots. The visit went great and I really like this doctor and assistants! Recommend to all!

I have been getting botox for 6 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had to date not only was i left waiting for 2 hours in the exam room, but she used more units than I’ve ever used before making it the most I’ve ever spent on botox, with the worst results, instead of a brow LIFT I got a brow fall:(so i was just living for my post check up appt. Which was a full MONTH later, when to my complete disappointment they had lost my appoinment! Plus my botox is already wearing off! normally it should last atleast to 4 Months. I should be sad its already wearing of but I am actually relieved. I can’t wait to be able to wear eyeshadow again.

I had a very different experience with Dr. Behr. She was very gentle and attentive, thanking me repeatedly for allowing a student in the room to observe. Not to mention she took care of an embarrassing problem I had for years. I think she’s worth visiting to see for yourself.

I had a similar experience with Dr. Behr. She seems to be very impersonal. I’m an adult with severe acne and have been struggling with this problem for many years. During my first visit she asked me to explain my history so I gave her a brief rundown of how my condition has been progressing. She interrupted me and proceeded to start a conversation with the nurse in the room. She didn’t say anything else to me through the entire appointment, only addressing the nurse and the PA in the room. THEPAHOWEVER, her name was Marisa and she was super attentive and sweet. It seems like Dr. Behr has a staff with healthy patient communications but can’t seem to achieve that herself. I understand that she is a busy professional, however a career addressing the medical issues of human beings begs for a certain level of positive interaction.
