I hate coming here when my nail person is not here cause the owner keeps changing the prices
Says one thing on the phone then after your done says it’s another price. Charges $ 10 for gel polish alone. I can buy my own bottle for that price. Do not I repeat do not ask for Nancy.

Came in here late on a Saturday night and Stephanie was amazing. She did a great job on my pedi and took her time even though it was close to closing when I came. Definitely coming back and asking for her.

Had a great relaxing time today. I had a pedicure with spa and Stephanie did a good job! She knows what she’s doing and she’s very friendly. I love what she did on my toenails (love the color!) especially the scrubs and the massage. Im looking forward for my next visit!

I wanted to come somewhere close to where I live and I’m glad I chose this place! Stephanie did my pedicure and it turned out great. The place itself isn’t too big or fancy but the people were nice. You get exactly what you pay for here :)

I had a really awesome Experience. I came In early with my daughter and we both got pedis and she got a mani. They are upgrading their staff and I found them to be incredibly friendly. Stephanie was awesome and I will be back to see her. I fed recommend this place for a relaxing pedi!

NO. Just no. This is one of the worst nail places I have ever been to. I went in for a simple gel manicure and came out with globs of gel all over my nails and fingers. The girl told me to come back and she would redo them free of charge because she knew she did a bad job. It took her 3 weeks to reschedule, only because I finally came in myself to complain again. The owner had to redo them but they did not even last me a week. Save your money.

I’ve been here several times to get my nails done a majority of the time it is a pleasant experience. I prefer Nancy, the owner, to do my nails because even if she moves quickly she does an excellent job. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem with the final product I’ve always been able to have them fix it even if it means they need to take all of the nails off and start completely over. I highly recommend it, especially if you can get Nancy.

Dropped in one day for a pedi. They made me wait quite a long time. However in the end they did an amazing job on my feet. After my experience here I no longer go to cheap places for pedi and I m willing to pay a little extra for my feet to be beautiful.

Felt like they were short on staff when I went here. My sister opt for regular French tips. And I feel like it was poorly done because the nail tech was in a rush. A blob of acrylic dried under one of her nails and the nail tech «fixed» it be clipping it off and leaving a visible crack in the artificial nail. Bleh then she asked my sis why she didn’t say anything?! Was she suppose to know? It was under the artificial nail!!!
Anyways my turn rolled around. Waited around 1 hr. I wanted a refill so my lifts and refill areas were filed down so close into the skin you could literally see canyons in my nails. I also wanted the nail tech to draw two simple strikes on my accent fingers but she recommended me to get «diamonds» which she put on and dropped a huge ball of gloss coat on it. After cute u could see the gloss coat ran down to the side of my fingers.
I felt like she was just rushing it.

I wanted something classy with a design for Valentine’s day. I had been here many many years ago, so I thought I’d give them a try. The place was clean, and staff was nice, however my nails are an absolute disaster! I went home and tried to fix them, but since they had put two coats of gel I was unable to remove it!!! I was able to file the design off, but will have to endure them until I find a new place.

I gave this salon 3 stars because that was the quality of my nails. The salon was clean and the women were very friendly and helpful but the nails themselves were just okay. Some of my nails were wider than the nails she put on, some discolored to yellow edges after a few hours, she didn’t go to the cuticle on half and she didn’t push back the cuticle before starting. Some nails were fine, one has a bubble in it and some don’t line up with my real nail or the cuticle. Not sure if it was just a bad day for her.

LA Nails gives a fair price and the nail art is FANTASTIC! Every time I get my nails done here I get tons of compliments. The shop is always busy and most of the people that come in are greeting the employees by name. Friendly atmosphere! My only wish is that the shop be kept in cleaner order. I know the owner is super busy but because of that she lets the cleaning slack which makes for a less pleasant and relaxing environment.

The staff is friendly! I’d say the prices are as fair as any other salon here in fresno. My 12 year old got her nails done here and according to the main lady a lot of little girls get their nails done there. I was appreciative of the professionalism and friendliness and I will be a returning customer.
